I know it is easy to buy fish crackers in the supermarket but I always like to challenge myself. Today, I am sharing with you my recipe for fish crackers. They are not difficult to make. Just a bit tedious because of the drying process. But you will be delighted to be able to make your own fish crackers at home. The advantage is that you can control the ingredients that go into it. This is preservative-free too. You can store the dried crackers in an airtight container for as long as 4 months. Anytime you feel the urge to eat some fish crackers, all you have to do is heat some oil and fry them. Best served with spiced vinegar.
