Man, thats awesome. I love the idea of replacing that inner strand with one full piece of chord. great job!!

That is a really sweet set up! I really like how you replaced the inner core with tarred bank line on the paracord.

Thanks Chris. I figured a continuous length of line would be much more useful.

It is a really beautiful neckknife you got and i really like the fire and fishing kit you have add to it. I´m a huge fan of knives and i like it when they look good and are functional. Great video keep up the good work.

We often see ferro rods attached to a knife sheath, but I think this is the first time I have seen fishing gear added to a knife as well. Very cool John. I like the idea! Thanks for sharing!

The minimalist is a good neck knife. Very creative to feed that bank line back into the paracord shell. Great kit. Thanks for sharing.

You have done a lot of interesting and useful looking projects and 'tinkering' but this one might be my favorite, yet. I have a Minimalist Bowie but I think this might be even more cool with one of the 'bird and trout' style knives that have neck sheaths. That would kind of go right along with the theme. Thanks for the ideas.

I had that same thought. It may be hard to carve the notches with that little blade. I've been wanting to do a "Carolina Chris" style catch, and cook video.

Great paracord Idea with the bank line. Would you mind if I used it, John? Your kit looked great, and got rid of the dangling problem my neck knife kits have when you just hang stuff from the paracord. Thank you for the video, John
