Ground flax seed are an excellent egg substitution in baking. 1 tablespoon ground flax to 2-3 tablespoons of warm water. Let sit and it gels to the consistency of an egg. I made a packaged cake mix this way and it was 100% no different from using eggs in my pre-vegan days.

+The Vegan Rex it's not like rice so... I asking for a recette. I brought flaxseed for the first time yesterday but I don't Know how to cook it and eat a lot of it

The general idea is to eat 2 tablespoons of flax seeds a day, but it's something you add to meals, you don't make a meal out of it itself. It's not like rice, beans or anything. You're supposed to add it to oatmeal, patties, salads or put it on a sandwich.
