How about how many parts can you break on a trail in 30 minutes?

One of the best parts of Trailmater videos is Mike. The guys is always happy and upbeat. He explains things as you guys go on recovery. I love to hear what he has to say. Rory and him have worked together for so long I think Rory could start a sentence and Mike could finish it. That's what great friends do, they work together for a common cause and take us along giving us great videos. I don't mean to leave out Shawn. He is the 3rd person on the Trailmater triangle team and while he is the most quiet of the 3 he is very important to the team. And what a team you have there Rory. You guys are awesome. Thank you for sharing.

I think I saw Mike doing some rappelling during a motorcycle recover. He has a few extra skills that really adds to the team. Rory is willing to do a lot of things, but hanging off a cliff on the end of a rope probably isn't one of them.

Also Mike's camera work while running the trails is awesome, always gets what's going on with the load, or what's going on with the tires/suspension; genuinely satisfying stuff when he's swingin' camera. (You rock Mike!)

This was a fairly normal video with nothing outstanding about it, but I loved watching it. The "manual steering" getting it on the trailer was cool. And I loved the comment after mentioning that the side by side had 37" tires: "I wonder why stuff breaks". Still my favorite KZitem channel. You guys please keep it up.

I absolutely love how ol' ol'blue is so capable on the rocks! I watched all your episodes where you changed out the suspension, custom leaf springs, bobbed the back, transmissions, gearboxes and much much more.. Seeing that massive dually dance through the technical rock crawling areas It's just wicked cool. And that breather and turbo kit just makes it all over the top awesome and ridiculous!! And I mean that in a really positive way. Great work! And I find old blue just as entertaining as Trailmater!

You guys can't ever get old and retire from this sort of work because this is my only form of entertainment and it's like getting together with some old pals to go out and get a sxs, easy job, good weather, minimal delays. I even find myself 2nd guessing Rory - why didn't he pull the sxs out backwards where the approach angle is more shallow? If I was there, I would have sang the song: FAT SIDE BY SIDE IN A LITTLE COAT!!!

The manufacturers seem to be making those side by sides bigger and bigger. You're going to need another, larger trailer pretty soon! I know I know, add it to the list of stuff to do. ;-) Ever consider electric trailer brakes? Or not worth the expense/weight/complexity (and maintenance) for the few times you might need them?

Good video, quick question about ol' Blue. With the rear dully tires so close, doe that help keep rocks from getting stuck between the tires or does it make it worst in the long run with Rocks getting stuck? It looks like it would help with them that close. I only ask because I have seen so many trucks with wide and narrow spacing and was curious about that fact. Thanks and take care all.
