Bought a set of these this week after watching this video and used them yesterday , Absolutely cracking , was blown away how well even the 4g one casts , much cleaner cast than the traditional pellet waggler , very little splash and the fish werent bothered by them at all , even had a few try to take the float .

Hi Jon, I would have liked to see a close up of what the float looked like in the water and when a bite occurred, but I guess the bites came too thick and fast for that. Interesting video. Thanks, Barry

I'd hazard a guess that there are quite a few benefits to the ghost waggler. Certainly better for shallower venues. It also looks like it won't dive in as much on the cast. I'm sure the sound it makes on entry might be closer to the 'plop' of a pellet than a traditional pellet waggler. Lastly, the shape reminds me of the Fox and Nash carp fishing surface floats, creating a bit of a bolt/self-hooking effect.

I know loads of people with them and loads of float makers have copied my all-white ones since this vid, so I’d say they were a huge success. I know Bob at Pablo RWC has sold thousands. However, water wagglers have potentially taken over where I fish…

Hi John my apologies if you felt I was being flippant well I was of course about the rugby ball but not about the tennis ball,it worked so well that as soon as it hit the water they took the pellet underneath one after the other it looked so stupid but worked, then we changed to the clear bubble float the rest is history as they just hooked themselves,so John try it it's a winner. Kind regards.👍

hello Jon, thank you very much for this tip to send Bob an email first. we will try to see if it works. Unfortunately we cannot buy the dumty pellet floats Jon Arthur and the legs floats in the Netherlands, here they do not know these floats, which is why I move to England. I do have a question about the Dumpty (Jon Arthur's Casper) which weight is between 1 and 10 gr. do I need to fish 30 meters off shore? Also nice to see that your photos are used in Dutch fish magazines! thank you in advance for the effort you have done for me. with kind regards Daan.

Hello John. I see you soon got hold of some of the numpty floats. Obviously the offer was not needed as I can imagine how many you have got in different sizes! I think these can be especially deadly in the top 18 inches of water and deeper really as the style of them are self hooking. Lol.😅 "you getting old"! Your as old as your body has made you so god knows how my 80 year old man still does it with such success 3 times a week? ! 👍

As kids we used to use floats like that on our local marine lake for flounder fishing. I think because they bobbed up and down in the waves, they made our (pretty soon dead) worms jiggle about. They outfished straight wagglers by about five to one.

Hi I know other overseas anglers who have them, so try emailing them again as I know they have had a few personal issues to deal with and would not deliberately ignore you. If stuck, try searching for Bob Shone on Facebook and messaging him that way.
