I took out the kayak and started tossing around my Ultralight Double Jig Rig. After a few fish, I decided it would be a fun test to see which makes a bigger difference: color or jig placement. My theory was that the bottom jig on the double jig rig would draw more bites. After testing both colors in each location, I proved my hypothesis correct (at least for this particular day).
I think this might be a fun concept to keep experimenting with because I had a lot of fun on this trip. In today's video, I was using some seriously micro gear: the 1/80oz Mule Jig and the Mule Minnow 1.2. I used a straight chartreuse option as well as a straight white option. 70% of my bites came on the bottom jig no matter what the color.

***As I reflect on how far Mule has come, I can't help but be proud of the early innovation I brought to the fishing industry. I have a lot more ideas in the works and I am so excited to bring them to you. THANK YOU for supporting Mule - none of this would be possible without you.
