Hey yall. I’ll certainly be doing a video update soon but I wanted to mention a recent update. Fishman became aware of the video and reached out to have me send in a guitar with a faulty system in it and voiced a legitimate desire to figure things out and make things right. I certainly didn’t expect anything to come of this, let alone so quickly but I applaud their response and despite to provide solid customer service. I’ll post more as the process occurs but I just wanted to express appreciation to Fishman for reaching out.
