It's videos like these that bring me back. Good points made in your observations and analysis of Fission Uranium. Subscribed and liked. Keep em coming 👍

Good job. I'm in it for a grand. I'm thinking takeover as we come through the media attention phase.

I think a takeover is also the most likely scenario, thank you for watching.

Yours is a fair assessment, I think. Btw, you forgot to mention that PLS is under a lake (though shallow). No production until at least 2030 when capex costs will surely be much more. Buy out? Hmm. Maybe when they’re almost out of cash. That would benefit McIlroy and Randawa. But a Chinese HK entity is a major shareholder. Will they want a secure supply or will they entertain offers? Speculative stock, imo.

Yes I had heard the CEO mention the lake was shallow and so a non-issue but perhaps I should have mentioned it. I tend to agree with it being a speculative play.

Definitely not the best company to speculate in. However, the name has been around for a while and may catch a nice bid in the upcoming cycle. If it doesn’t get taken over of course.. Thx for the update 👍🏼

Thank you for watching. I think a takeover scenario is most likely but will be keeping an eye on the company for sure.

Thanks for the video, Jesse. Fission's initial capex is very high compared to other developers, specifically those located in Africa, which may not matter so much when the price of uranium goes up like we expect; however, it's a red flag for me at this point. Also, many of the African developers are much closer to production than Fission and as you said they are not close to infrastructure, which is perhaps why their initial capex is so high. Fission and NexGen should be working together on the infrastructure front, but I've heard their management teams don't get along which is unfortunate.

What's your uranium picks? I have Cameco, Uranium Energy Corp, Encore Energy and Elevate Uranium.

@@stephenharrison3051 I have those four as well, but I also really like Deep Yellow and Global Atomic due to their resource size and near term production. For explorers, I think CanAlaska has a lot of upside and I also like Baselode, Fission 3.0, and Forum.

Buyout/merger most likely IMHO.

I didn't know that about the management teams, hopefully they can iron out their differences and come to an agreement. Agreed regarding Africa, I think a look of the uranium this cycle will come out of that country.

Why do you feel the total diluted share count is too high? For smaller market cap companies, more shares in the float can improve liquidity. Usually people that care about share structure worry about warrant overhang.
@CommodityCulture

I see it as a sign that the company is willing to dilute shareholders moving forward, although I agree warrant overhang is a concern as well.

I think this is on Rick Rule's gravy train. I wonder why? 🤨
@CommodityCulture

Rick is an entirely different sort of investor than most people. Having already achieved vast wealth, he can afford to speculate on a company like Fission and I do think the company is a decent speculation so long as it doesn't take up too much of one's portfolio.
