Key principles are
Progressive overload. Adding 5 lbs each week.
Slow eccentric movements. 3-5 seconds on the negative aspect of the exercise.

Back
Banded pull-ups 3x20
Close grip lat pulldowns 3x20
Chest
Close grip bench press 3x20
Incline dumbbell press 3x20
Shoulders
Upright rows 3x20
Core
Core stabilization 3x20 each side
Golf swings 3x20 each side
Just over three months left. I am Dow 20 lbs from the start and feeling great.
