We exchanged phone numbers and kept up over the years. So fucking awesome to see him as a permanent member of one of the biggest bands in the game! The dude is awesome.

Watching this from the Dominican Republic! just proud about Josean and what he has accomplished as a fellow Latino and the band as a whole. Hope we could get to see bands like FIT or SS, Lamb Of God and such here in my country 😪but there's no market for heavy music at all, meaning we have to travel abroad to see our dream bands. Great podcast overall, keep the good work Garza!.

These dudes are great! I love how humble and real these guys are. I cant express my appreciation for this band. They have influenced me and have motivated me to take my guitar play more serious. And because of that I have grown as a player and pushed my self past what I ever thought I could do. They have taught me to work outside my comfort zone and my playing reflects that. It has help me mentally, to not feel like a failure my family always told me I would be, and make my dreams come a reality. So if this one day reaches one of you guys please know you are an awesome group of guys to follow and you've helped in my life more than you can ever know. Please don't ever stop what you are doing. You show that there can be a suite and tie professional death metal band. \m/

I learned English the same way.. I translated Slipknot and Marilyn Manson lyrics, I wrote down every word I didn’t know and took my dictionary because I wanted to know what they are singing about.. so the vocabulary I got from the music and the grammar I learned at school .. but in my opinion, English is not a difficult language to learn (I’m german) I think French or Russian are way more hard to learn

@@lchaney Man, I wouldn’t blame them if they were all business, you need to be to conserve energy for the next show of the tour and not get overwhelmed by the fans, which would deplete you of the energy you need. I don’t actually think they are all business though. If they were all business they wouldn’t go into the crowd to stand with the fans at the venue to watch Thy Art is Murder straight after. They would easily watch from elsewhere or go hide away from the fans. But they didn’t. I for one didn’t want to bother him for a photo or autograph. He’s a human and deserves rest after a day of work like the rest of us. I simply told him, “great show” and did a fist bump 🤜 with him that’s it. Didn’t want to take any more of his time and let him unwind from an intense performance and day of work.
