Please keep the videos coming once you're done the swim Ross! I think we all agree that videos of you getting back on land will be just as amazing and interesting! What's life like after spending months swimming constantly in the ocean? And I have 1 question for you.....well 2 now I guess. Do you have any ideas floating around in that brave mind of yours for another superhuman adventure? Sending positive vibes from Whitby, Ontario 🇨🇦

Ross, legend! Question about disruption to your circadian rhythm. How is having to wake up to swim middle of the night, or having to go to bed mid afternoon affecting your performance or wellbeing? I have to work night shifts and always feel gross when switching to nights or coming off a run of twilight shifts. How are you managing?

So I have a question: How are you going to recover from all of this? Swimming so much during a 24hr period then what? small swims when you're home? Going from 15,000 calories a day to what? You've adapted to this daily routine which is crazy cool!

Question Ross - loving watching your progress and truly inspirational. Can you talk us through your 6 hours off? Sleep, food but what else are you doing in that time and how does 6 hours on the boat compare to 6 hours in the water ..... does it go by MUCH quicker on the boat??

So I know I’m a bit late because I know the swim is done, but...What you said about your body should have a purpose and it should look like it’s built for that purpose is so inspirational. I come from a exercise science background as well and I think you did a great job explaining everything. I would love to get my hands on any material you have written based off this swim.

The chances you'll get to read this are slim I know but imma say it anyway, I have been going onto the red bull website to track your progress more or less everyday now for the past 3 weeks, and they have recently updated the page and it didn't have the map at first and just a list of your current world records you have broken and I legitimately thought you had to stop and didn't complete the swim, I was genuinely gutted but false alarm it was just me being a dumbass and didn't see the option to view the map lol well panic over but I just wanted to say what you're doing is fantastic and truly a testament to what you can do when you put your mind to anything!! Im rooting for ya bud! And to quote a rather fitting film finding Nemo "just keep swimming" lol !
