This bread is perfect if you want to eat healthy and lose a few pounds at the same time - without going hungry!
With this recipe you get a real protein boat. The lentils and ground almonds alone are full of protein! And thanks to delicious ingredients, it tastes almost like normal bread.
⛔️ Recipe:
250g quark (fat level as desired, alternatively yoghurt works)
2 eggs (size M)
40g ground lentils (lentil flour)
40g ground almonds
40g mixed seeds
20g ground linseeds
2 teaspoons of baking soda
1 tsp salt (7g)
2 tsp psyllium husks (4-5g)
Bake for 60 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius
If you can't get lentil flour, you can simply replace the amount with ground almonds and use a total of 80g ground almonds.
In some countries there is no quark, in that case you just use yogurt, preferably Greek yogurt.
