Hello Gorgeous! How are you? B Welcome to a New Full Body Cardio Sports Routine with Fitball.
One of the funniest ways to work the whole body is using material and for that reason today I have chosen the Fitball that will help you to complement all the cardio, toning and balance exercises that I have included in the routine. I love it! 🤸
This is what you are going to do, combine different sequences of cardiovascular work, strength work and balance work using the ball, which has the function of intensifying each exercise and of course making it more dynamic and fun.
Also a great advantage of using this material is that it helps you to be more present in the exercise because you must involve the ball in the movements and sometimes it is not easy, so this routine is great to really disconnect from the outside and concentrate well on the work you are developing.
If you do not have Fitball you can use a smaller ball or do it without material. During the Routine I will give you some option. The movements from SENTADA on top of the ball can be done STANDING (squats, knees up, heels and jumps open-close). Those that are TUMBLED ON THE BACK IN THE BALL or TUMBLED IN THE SOIL WITH EXTENDED LEGS ON BALL, you can make them TUMBADA MOUTH UP (decubitus dorsal) with FEET SUPPORT SOIL and last in the sequence of exercises TUMBADA MOUTH DOWN ON THE BALL you can make it lie down DOWNHOUSE on the floor (prone position). Do not stop doing the routine for this reason, you will miss a very complete job.
