It doesn't matter how or what kind of workout you do; gym or street. Just as long as YOU DO IT !! Props for the these guys for showing us that there are other alternative workouts to get in shape.

I saw this video back in 2007-2008. I never paid for a gym membership since. These niggas were way ahead of their time in terms of bodyweight training. And they are right. They have better bodies than half the cats in the gym. Old skool niggaz...

Yeah this is true. My brother used to walk on his toes when he was much younger. Now his calves are huge. Plain & simple. If you want bigger calves, walk on your toes

Can someone get this str8 for me?...... people @ the gym say you gotta do heavy but low reps, like 6 - 10 reps, to make your muscle grow big, and they say 15+ reps is for muscle endurance and not for muscle growth, then how the hell these guys got so big doing high reps n shit? and for the ones that dont know you can do low rep pushups by adding some weight in a backpack, but im just wondering how they got so big....

@AustralLord Doing excercises with bar increases much more your natural strenght. Just see at the 1:53 how he can lift his whole body and move using only hands, it's like amazing. One bar is like a whole gym and much more! IMO always.

@wilson6391 obviously it works 4 them plus its good cardio 2 knocc somebody off there bacc there alot of buff dudes that hit the gym but can not last in a fight its a prison workout. Body building and training for strength 2 knocc somebody out is different. i respect both art of working out period

Do you workout? Because it sounds like you don't judging by the way you think it will take 5 years to get a body like that. Maybe if you worked out less than 3 times a week then it might take that long depending on how intense your workout is.

dey got krazy upper body strength...but dey prolly weak az hell wid tha weights...wen ma dad waz locked up he did nuttin but calisthenics in order 2 maintain his size & he waz ripped but wen he came out & went 2 the gym he felt weak because he wasnt liftin weights in jail...das prolly the same case for these dudes...i dont kno if dey lift weights or not but if they dont then there prolly not dat strong

LOL they don't go to the gym. I seen dudes that only hit the bar and play Ball for cardio and they get big and cut. Crazy strong and fast. It's not impossible. A lot of these dudes did time up north and up north there's no more weights just a pull up and dip bar. All they got is time so they mastered there pulls up push ups ect..
