Start a workout series bro, we would like to see a workout series be a guru mann for telugu viewers then jump to fitness flops. That will be a amazing reach. On a positive note blaming someone is easy but motivating some one is hard and mary kom lost some kgs after skipping for 4 hrs at her selections. Every body has its nature and don’t underestimate anyone as you know every thing. I like you to the core as i had your meal as my favourite meal in my healthyfy me but videos like this never helps a amateur, its just an entertainment i found from this fitness flops. Please make a workout series so that all telugu viewers can be motivated. Just talking never gives trust on you. I hope you take all these things on a positive note as I am big fan of you I dont want you to do all these videos, as its waste of our and your(you might get some money) time.

Hey, for starters you need the motivation to do something. I did plan on making pure content-related videos for more than a month. The reach went down to where a video (sleep part 2) made 17,000 views lifetime. Now, look at this video (17,000 views in a day and will mostly hit 100k views soon). To give you more context, I got 10 times more money in Fitness Flops than my entire educational videos combined. What would you do in this case? Spend a lot of time and research and get disappointed? Blame the audience? Take shitty sponsorships and dupe the audience? or do what works best for you and your audience? Everyone wants quality fitness content but when there is no reach and no motivation, how do you expect a creator to continue doing it? Having said this, I will continue the exercise series and nutrition series. Also expect a lot of fitness flops to keep my ship from sinking. These entertainment videos overall increased my reach to my educational videos as well.

Regarding Mary Kom, that's water weight and not FAT. Professional athletes and fighters have weight classes and they have to be at a certain weight to be qualified. All the weight she lost is quickly regained once she eats a proper meal with carbohydrates. It's physically impossible to lose actual weight ( muscle or fat ) in a matter of hours. It's not underestimating anyone. "Just talking never gives trust on you": I take a lot of time researching and citing multiple articles for every claim I make. All of them are in the description. Trust the science, not me or any other talking head with big muscles.

@@BarbellBiryani Professional athletes use Sauna suits(such as FBT tracksuits) while working out. Using sauna suits, our body gets exposed to more heat which in return produces more sweat. Even I've used it many times(my highest is 3 kgs in 2hrs using it) and trust me that's the reason athletes like her(mostly in India) lose kgs of weight with hours of exercise.

Please start if it doesn’t work then jump into your high reach content. Let you decide on which note you want to run the channel just for revenue or spreading gyann and making everyone fit who follows you ? These are some contents which i need to hear from your mouth(in your style): 1: when we get bored of eating the same thing everyday( weekly diet plan with recipe ). 2: vlogs. 3: Change in workout when we reach fatigue. 4: soreness and injury. 5: Compound workouts. 6: How we can Increase our stamina. Sorry if I have asked more and already posted content. Bla bla bla 🙂 I can find them in other channels but I believe if these contents comes from your mouth, then ill be happy to see and telugu people needs your knowledge. as there is some false content going around in telugu fitness channels. I reduced from 102 to 97 in 5 days with both VRK diet and Manthena gari. I tried both of them...weight will reduce, but after the that reducing each kg requires alot of commitment and workout. But we should study our body and adapt accordingly and decide what is good for us....But to confirm Manthena gari diet and "Satvik Movement" channel are really really good.
