Living in SW Ontario, where it is very hot in the Summer and very cold in the winter, the fiberglass scoop will eventually crack. It happened to me.

I glasses mine direct to the hood cut off the flange so it really looks stuck not much feathering at all and he should have painted under the scoop the bare metal is it's going to rust I glued it down with fiber fill and then came back with the regular sheets of fiberglass so it can't crack around the edges

Wish I watched this first before I did mine. Won’t stop cracking the filler and I’m guessing it’s the glue I used

Hi Jacob, Its a process that needs to be done correctly, it could be glue or even the prep work.
