Camera lies xD Look at people's reflection on mirror. You will see the same but inverted 100% Camera can distort or expand areas depending on the space, angle it is used to capture. Basically if camera is close, some parts of the face will be bigger/smaller in size.

Let me share abt this, So i've been doing this like almost 1 month, i took a picture of myself everyday to see if this exercise work or not. This exercise actully works! XD then after a few weeks i noticed that my jaw has changing, im not lying guys this exercise really did make my face symmetry :D but the clicking sound doesn't go away but this exercise really did work, tq for uplode this video, i really appreciate it :) and im sorry if there's any grammatical errors bcuz my English isn't good enough but as long as who read this comment can i understand, thats good. one side of my face (my cheek, pretty much) is slightly bigger than the other, if that makes sense? would the excersice help with that? a bit worried, because for some reason that always happens no matter what excersices i do. so i'd like to know in advance before i spend time and effort on something that may or may not work. if you happen to recieve this and are gracious enough to take time out of your day to reply, thank you so much!

i cry almost everyday due to not feeling enough because of how uneven my face is. i feel less than others. i hope this works edit: came back to update. i haven’t done these in a while, but over the span of maybe 2-3 months of doing these, i noticed almost no difference. though lately, without asking them, friends or acquaintances have complimented me on my face, calling it symmetrical. it’s how you perceive yourself. we aren’t used to seeing ourselves from a flipped perspective, but to everyone else that’s all they’ve ever seen. we’ve all gotta stop shitting on ourselves, and nitpicking because we’re the only ones who see it.

it does work, you just have to be consistent. as long as your doing these daily and keeping your facial muscles active, it will eventually even out. It took me a month of doing these every day along with the eyes and lips exercises that are also on this channel for my face and jaw to finally look somewhat symmetrical and human

I recently noticed that my lips are assymetrical in pictures, but when i look at my self in the mirror it looks perfectly fine, and thats how i want to feel. People dont really notice the lips until they focus on that area once you ask them to.. but recently i have started feeling even more conscious. I thought it was just me but i felt so much better knowing that its not just me but so many more people out here. I started doing this exercise today, hoping to see good progress.

WEEK 1 PROGRESS: (7/14-7/20) Day 1 ✅️(3 times) Day 2 ✅️ (3 times) Day 3✅️ (3 times) Day 4✅️(2 times) Day 5✅️(2 times) Day 6✅️(3 times) Day 7✅️(3 times) Extra info: Age 17 (just in case u wanna know like if it can still develop despite age and bone structure yk) Timestamps 1st exercise 0:27 2nd exercise 1:12 3rd exercise 2:05 Results: Not gonna lie, i didnt see much changes if there were any changes at all. I had notice my tmj a couple of years ago so maybe it'll be hard to change in such a short period of time(?). I read some comments and researched and some tips to share: also try neck exercises and posture exercises which might contribute to TMJ(i think in my case i need neck exercises). Also, chewing gum or chewing on one side in general can cause TMJ (ngl might be hard for me because i just took out a tooth in the back of my mouth💀 but ill try still). Also, dont lean your head on your hand or sleep sideways, even if your trying to balance out the TMJ (this is just my personal oponion for this statement bc its important to build habit and idk if sleeping on the other side will rlly balance it out). ALSOO make sure your tongue posture is even (especially talking to people who mew😾❗️❗️) ANYWAYS im gonna try again week 2 with these tips in mind (week 2 progress in reply section bc i feel like this comment is already too long)

Trust me, people don’t alwayd see your wonderful face the same as you do. I don’t see other humans imperfections unless they specify lot point it out, and still I think they’re beautiful. However, how you view yourself is also important and that’s why we all want to improve our appearance, but only do it because you want to, not because you feel like you have to. I've been doing these 3 exercises for a few months now. My jaw has become much more even and defined. It's also a great when you have CMD where the jaw hurts and feels tense. I'm so grateful I found this video.

Thats me. My one eye is lower than the other and my nose is crooked (i had surgery on it in my early 20s to straighten it but it was crooked again after a few months) , my mouth pulls down on one side, so it looks almost like i have had a stroke. Im not a bad looking guy but these issues have severely damaged my confidence all my life.

I’m not saying it’s true but maybe it could by why your nose went crooked again. Maybe try some of these exercises I’ve been doing them for almost 3 weeks and notice a difference. I came here after the tiktok inverted filter. Ive been doing this for 6 weeks now 2-3 times a day usually before eating meals and ive noticed a HUGE difference. the right side of my face was way bigger and my nose,lips,eyebrows looked like this🥴 the one side of my face literally looked like it was melting. i was scared that i was going to have to get surgery until i came across this video. when you’re doing this exercise start to work on your posture, always chew on both sides, dont sleep on your side and practice mewing. this combo of things you will notice a significant difference.

@@lily-6140 actually yes I started chewing on my left(the one that is smaller) 90% of the time and I started sleeping on my back. Doing these and 4 facial exercise videos 3 times a day made my face look abit symmetrical. But my right side is still bigger than my left which sucks. I dont think I can fix that permanently.

i’m going to do this for a month, and i’ll update the progress each week. Hopefully it straightens my lips! Week 1: I didn’t think this would work so fast but i definitely notice that my lips have evened out a bit. I’d definitely recommend this. I’ll continue to update each week. 10 months later... sorry for not updating i completely forgot about this comment although i did continue for a few months and it worked really well. theyre almost perfectly even and my family members agree. if you decide to do it, don’t slow down after some time. you might wanna do it less but just keep going it’s worth it and consistency is key. don’t give up, it can really change your face :) also if you’re not seeing results fast that’s normal. think about it like a %. if something is 5% better you won’t even notice. if it’s 10%, you’ll start to, and so on. every time you do the exercises think of it as % being added which is why each time u do it is important. good luck!

I saw small changes in two weeks by sleeping in a straight position with the head up or not supine and also I do this movement twice a day. Thank you so much for this video! My jaw bones are actually crooked and because of that the muscles are different on each side. The asymmetry has caused a lot of pain after I had a wisdom tooth removed from one side. These excercises helped insanely lot! I’ve had horrible pain in my jaw for years and also noticed over time that it had started to become uneven.. I’ve always been insecure about how asymmetrical my face had become. I was ready to go see a surgeon about getting it fixed internally. After just a few days the relief is there and my face at least looks less swollen on one side. Thank you so much for sharing this.

I’m gonna do this every day and update u guys :) Day 1: ✅felt amazing, weirdly my face looked more symmetrical in pictures Day 2: ✅felt good, didn’t notice too much of a from the first day Day 3: ✅easier but kind of the same as the last few days Day 4: ✅I started to see a bit of a difference, my lips were more symmetrical than usual Day 5 ✅ Day 6 ✅ Day 7 ✅ Day 8 ✅ Day 9 ✅ Day 10✅ Day 11✅ Day 12✅ my jaw feels much better and rests more comfortably now :) Day 13✅ Day 14✅ No drastic differences, I just feel more confident and dare I say, symmetrical Day 15✅ ngl kind of gets annoying to do after a while, but I powered through cuz it’s only 1 minute and it always feels good after Skipped 4 days cuz I was camping 👀 Day 19 ✅ my bite feels so nice and straight today Overall I think doing it twice a day is ideal :)

My jaw became dislocated 3 years ago. I've been doing this for the past few months and: Yes, it works, my face and smile improved a lot already! Although I'm still feeling pain and my teeth are still moving (I can feel them moving); the pain is very small and it comes and goes away, throughout the day. And from my experience, if you combine these exercises with fasting (any type of fasting), you'll get results more quickly, fasting puts your body into the self-healing mode.

@@bhavikdarolia omg i didnt see this till now sorry! but i stopped for awhile and have been picking it back up again. im trying mewing too and my face feels great again. i feel like the weaker part of my jaw is strengthening and that the mewing with better posture has helped as well. i will say though when i stopped, because of my weaker jaw getting more of a work out/getting less tense it did over extend at times and start to pop in a different way since i wasnt used to the new mobility. so definitely be careful and keep your movements concise if you havent tried already or if anyone reads this lol

@@dhirajpande8270 yes, albeit not dramatically. I don’t have resting asymmetry but when I talk one side (left) as clearly more dominant than the other. It wasn’t until I tried these exercises that i realized how stiff and limited my right side was. But almost immediately I started gaining control of the area. I can now pull down my bottom lip on the right independent of the left side (which I couldn’t before). There’s still some asymmetry going on when I talk but it’s gotten much better, it’s barely noticeable now.

I've been doing these exercises and my face has changed ,it is more symmetrical ,these exercises work 100% just don't give up and do them 3 times a day (once in the morning,afternoon and night) I'll come back with updates every week... UPDATE:I don't think I'm gonna do these exercises anymore coz my jaw has gotten symmetrical almost 100% in only 2 weeks.

No, only to the point that I felt comfortable with it and one day when I brushed my teeth I found out that my mouth was fully open. But unfortunately it's not consistent, I am still clicking a lot so I keep doing these excercises.

I’ve been doing this for a week about twice a day and found that it really helped with the mobility of my jaw! I’m going to continue doing it to further improve and maintain mobility. Also, want to see if my asymmetry improves.

I'll start today and update you guys once every month wish me luck Edit: i didnt know the changes can occur in a week or two, so basically this is the first week and i already can see changes. In one of his videos about toning and fixing asymmetrical faces he said: do the exercises 2-3 times a day, and check the results after two weeks. Guys i can tell my nose and cheek were both kinda tilted to the right side, now its less noticeable for me at least. Thank you Dream for this good explanation we really appreciate your work.

Just some advice… sleeping on ur back will help but if u can’t recommend stacking two or three (maybe four make sure it kinda tall but not too tall) pillows on top of eachother and then sleeping in it. Although you will still be on your side your face will tilt to the side wayyyy less and the asymmetry won’t affect ur face as much - trust me I did this as well as the excersizes and my face symmetry has improved so much!!

in all honesty, i’m not that mad about my face from the back camera. I’m actually surprised how symmetrical it is- it’s just my LIPS 😭 One half of my bottom lip is fat and the other is small- i don’t know how to explain it. I’m guessing it’s because i’ve been sleeping on one side of my face for most of my life. No matter what i do, it won’t be symmetrical. It’s literally my biggest insecurity 😭

god the first time i really examined my face in a picture using the back camera i just couldn't believe that was me. i realized it was worse than i thought because the right side is way more fuller and chubbier and even my fucking EYE droops!!!! i just want to cry forever about it. my left side is perfect and if i have to take pictures i will always turn my head to the right so you can only see the left side. i do this so much that its affected my neck now as well. so i don't know what to do. I've been considering buccal fat removal for a long time but its so expensive and i know that won't fix the problem internally, my jaw will still be misaligned it'll just form an illusion that my face is symmetrical. what makes all this worse is that this is how everyone sees you and not what you see in the mirror!! i feel like mirrors and front cameras are lying to me now. anyway rant over i just pray these exercises help me lol

Me too, sometimes I catch ppl staring at me in my peripheral vision and I’m 24/7 self conscious. It’s to the point where I can “feel” my asymmetrical face.

This really works. you guys need to be patient and consistent . the right side of my face look melted after sleeping on that side for so long. I've been doing this exercise for 1 and half months. and it really worked. i hated my face when someone took pictures on back camera. now it's changing. my face look symmetrical .

Thank you for this amazing tips and exercise video. I do have also TMJ and its really hard for me. Whenever I open my mouth my mandible goes to the left and theres a popping sound on my right jaw. I'm very careful when I speak or yawn because I'm scared I might get lock jaw. I'm glad this showed up on my recommendation videos. 👍💗

Wow! I have had issues for 43 years and nothing I try works to help. The pain and tension has gotten worse over the past few years. I did these stretches along with you and instantly my jaw loosened up and the pain and clicking is nearly gone! Thank you...I will keep this up! 😊

@@ronwodenn Yes it really is. I do these stretches first thing in the morning and right before going to sleep at night has loosened up my jaw a great deal. In between each set I line up my lower front teeth up with my upper front teeth and slowly move my jaw five times left to right and put moderate upwards, next I apply upwards pressure under my chin with my fingers and slowly open and close my mouth five times. Being conscious of tensing up and deep breathing is also helping when I catch myself doing so. All this is really helping an issue I have had for years dissolve away. I'm really surprised!

This exercises really works in first 2-3 days After that there is no increase for least 2 weeks, but consistency is key. After 3-4 weeks you see real results. Yeah! But don't do it too often, once a day is also best.

One week: I feel a lot more confident, i took a picture and noticed i don’t look bigger from one side of my face anymore! Its still a little visible but not as much, i can open my mouth wider without hearing crackling noises and overall its working fine! I do this when i wake up, before i sleep and in the afternoon

This first was brought up to me when i used the inverted filter on tiktok. I saw that my chin and my lip were slanted to the right and immediately was frightened. In the mirror, I looked perfectly fine and actually thought that I was pretty but as I took a photo in the normal photos app, It was then that I felt a horrific wave of insecurities flood back at the sight of my face looking this bad and this asymmetrical. I turned to my friends and asked them, “why does my face look so weird when inverted? and, is it true that others see me inverted?” they said no, that others see me the way I see myself in the mirror. I was relieved but obviously, my friends had lied to me, in order to comfort me. From that day forward, there would not be a single moment where I wouldn’t feel bad about my face. I cried every night. I’m gonna try this in hopes of regaining confidence and my face symmetry back. Wish me luck..! I’m literally so insecure now but hopefully, this works.

Okay: so i had a doctors appointment because of my tmj dislocation and they explained to me a few things (this is for all of you who can't afford healthcare, if you can, go get your mandible checked by a doctor) Basically, tmj disorders are mainly caused by bad posture. Since you aren't putting your body's weight on the correct bones and muscles, you use other muscles to support it (that shouldn't be used for doing that). For example, your back is curved so you put more weight on your shoulders, and that puts more weight on the muscles and articulations in your face. The problem is, you are overworking certain muscles and losing strength on the ones you should be using but aren't. The overworked muscles get contracted and start losing the ability to move freely which causes pain. Here are some basic tips: - do NOT force your mouth to open more than it can, and even less if it hurts, and if it clicks when you open it then just open and close it ONLY when necessary - DO NOT chew with one side, you have to ALWAYS USE BOTH SIDES OF YOUR MOUTH. Cut every bite of food in half and when you take it to your mouth send one piece to each side. This will make you lose the habit of chewing with one side. - always sit with your pelvis floor parallel to the floor. Do NOT sit on your buttcheeks. - everytime you are eating, writing, using yout computer, etc. your (fore)arms should be ON the table so they are supported and you dont put a lot of weight on your shoulders - whenever you carry bags, a backpack, or heavy things in general DISTRIBUTE the weight evenly between both sides - try to notice if you do certain things that use one side of your body but not the other: for example I would always cross my legs the same way instead of changing between putting the right leg on top and the left leg on top. - if the pain gets really bad, put your WHOLE tongue on the roof of the mouth and open and close your mouth, again don't force it (this excercise is very safe and helpful i highly recommend doing it in the morning) There are also many other side effects aside from not being able to open your mouth. I could tell you some of them but i dont want to make you feel worse than you probably already do, so if you are interested you can google them. Maybe I'll update with more tips later!

Update: It works! No, you will not see changes overnight and nothing major within the first week or so. However, after 3 weeks of persistently doing these (morning and night) every day, my jaw has become much straighter. The last two weeks were on and off due to personal matters, but still getting my desired results nonetheless. Still have a little bit to go.

@@bikergirl8972 If it's more of a sore-like pain after a workout, it's normal. That usually means that the muscles on your left side are weaker, but these exercises should help with that.

@@JulianSparks101 Thank god i found this comment....I have been witnessing a lot of stress from past many months...My left ear feels blocked ,my smile has changed my left eye is drooping...Also i could observe facial assymetry...my right cheek looks chubby but the left feels flatter .....do u suggest any chewing habits ......?? It would be really helpful...i feel like i am going into depression...i want to forget and concentrate on other things but the uneasiness reminds me of it every moment

I have a feeling that Body Dysmorphic disorder is on the rise due to our phones and constantly having photos taken of us. I feel CROOKED when I look at my face through a camera but once I look in the mirror, I'm fine.
