Ok since the description mentions nothing, here's what just worked for me. Align a 1.3 hex bit and hobby driver it's attached to square over the pin and holding both the leg and the driver in one hand, gently tap the driver with a large rubbwr mallet until the pin slides out enough. It's in pretty tightly, so it will take severaly taps to dislodge it. Be patient when using pliers to remove the rest of the pin, because it's in there tight. When sliding the new pin in, start by pressing down a size 6 hex bit and hobby driver to stamp the pin down most of the way. Then pressing the ankle piece flush to a flat surface, switch to a 1.3 hex bit again and once again using the mallet, tap the pin in the rest of the way.

Why would you have that extra line on the heel piece showing in truck mode? You would want a solid piece to be shown. That line that runs through the heel is on to be shown as the heel in robot mode because most time people display their Transformer with their feet planted on the grout which prevent people from seeing that line that breaks the solid mold. And taking it off the leg makes handling the piece easier. Do you see how much force he had to use to get that pin out?

@@fayefaye3122 it does impede funtionality...the feet are not flat when you open the heels with the way it comes in the box. if you look closely the heel piece has a flat side and a side that is rounded and actually sits 1-3 mm higher on that side. It actually makes the figure much less stable that what it should be! There are more close up photos on some of the Transformers Facebook groups that show how actually bad it is. I don't see it as petty at all. If I am spending $100 on a figure that I am getting from a company that I spend close to $2000 per year with it better be correct! I don't mind the small fixes like the front fenders of concept are sunstreaker cause that was just removing a friction joint but this kind of fix is just ridiculous to expect your customers to do on such an expensive figure! Those heel pieces are more important than they may seem. The figure is not going to stand the correct way and will certainly be far less stable, not to mention the fact that they don't sit flush in alt mode either and also don't line up with the leg pieces when closed.
