FYI - The blue arrow bonus does not apply to a full sprint bar. The xp is acquired once you stop but it's still calculated correctly. You can test this by running a full bar in a raid, then 2 half bars back to back in a different raid. The arrow will have changed between the two half bars but you will have gotten the same amount of xp as the previous full bar raid. This is assuming you have the exact same weight.

@@SynchroFPS Yes it used to give more but they made it so that it's based on distance traveled overall. I don't think the way it was previously was intended because it wouldn't make sense for your first stam bar to give you more points.

Controlling that kick is crucial, man. Once I got use to a few select weapons, with a decent level on said weapon, I can pick up most guns and have the same control over the recoil now.

The vertical recoil part to me is the easiest part to get a handle of. I’ve got 3200 hours sweating in Rust, where recoil mastery was/is a significant part of success. First time I got access to shooting range in my hideout I would just practice the initial kick and counter over and over again with different guns. It becomes muscle memory that only requires minor adjustments over time as skills level up. I don’t care what game you play, if you spray and pray you’re just rolling the dice on the encounter

@@taeyeoff Tarkov mid wipe as a fresh start is as close to prim lock Rust as it gets. The biggest hurdle to getting confident in Tarkov is the economics and money making. When you lose the gear fear, and get map competency, you start making better plays. I love the gameplay of Tarkov, but once you learn the economy system and how to make money efficiently, you’re never really prim locked again unless you’re making bad plays or decisions. Rust is less forgiving, and nothing is safe. It’s not about starting and surviving the whole wipe for me anymore, I don’t care about the base or the contents because the gear and loot fear is gone. Rust is the definition of insanity, repeating the same thing over and over again expecting different results. Tarkov is getting kicked in the dick and going back for another kick in the dick lol

People say "tarkov has hard recoil" but its alot easier to control. Ive sat in my hideout before going into raid just to make sure i can spray correctly and it only takes me like 5 min to get used to it. Id do it specifically with the val since that gun has a lot of initial kick.

If you read the wiki, the arrows are effected by a flat level set for each skill. Stopping does not effect how much it levels

The thing is that endurance and str is calculated from where you began running to where you stopped. It then takes the distance and converts to xp, adds the 125% to all the xp and gives you the skill xp. It then notice that you earned enough to get the skill penalty. So everything after you stopped will be 50%.

for metabolism ive been eating a condensed milk an then drinkin either a max energy or just a water. but usually max energy so i get immunity points as well. im not sure its as many metabolism points ill have to check the exact numbers but its been working really good. i didnt start doing it until i hit like level 17ish so it could be done even earlier but im at level 27 now an i have level 23 metabolism almost 24 an 159 raids

I just tested the endurance trick and sprinting your full stam bar doesn't make a difference. Whether I sprinted a full stam bar or stopped sprinting early and then sprinted the rest of the way it didn't change anything. The percentages automatically change as you run so using stims doesn't actually give you any benefit aside from letting you cross distances quicker which isn't particularly worth the cost of the stims unless you're already wanting to use the stim to get somewhere.

IMO it doesn't matter if you are overweight or not, running should lvl up endurance is some compacity. maybe if you are overweight it doesn't lvl as much as strength but running even with weight on would increase your endurance irl would it not? coming in raid with a normal kit without even looting and being over weight is kind of dumb anyway. I shouldn't have to drop everything I own and run around in circles to level a skill that should just be leveling by simply running.

I personally just go backpackless and go purely for PVP to level up Endurance If I get a kill than I switch to backpack and leveling strength. I am not good and this is probably not most efficient

For recoil u can fold stocks on ur gun if u can and it will be hard to shoot but I do this with scav guns and just rip the full clip rinse repeat

Read the description, they patched stims giving you extra bonus xp points without showing it in patch notes and I didn't know until after making the vid. Its still good though as more sprint = more distance covered per second so you can run in circles for more xp. SJ6 is really all you need, I just like popping meldonin every now and then for extra jump height.

Everything here I like except for your guide on leveling metabolism. You can level metabolism for dirt cheap by just eating / drinking food every 4 minutes in a raid, its significantly cheaper and can lead to crazy amounts of skill gain, like about 80 points a raid if you manage to survive all 40 minutes while eating food every 4 minutes, which explains how I got elite metabolism in about 150 raids.

pulling down the mouse fucks up your recoil more than anything unless you do it perfectly. and since people tend to panic in this game, and the recoil in this game is stupid, its usually safer to just hold the mouse still while spraying unless youve practiced the mouse movement a lot.

Against a wall no. In yee olden days, players could engineer a bug so their player would run into a wall and stay in the running animation while the player disconnected. While the player was disconnected, the PMC would be stuck in the running animation against the wall. The user would then log back in 30 minutes later and the PMC would level up to max strength in like a single raid. BSG put a stop to that.

I dunno why this wasn’t mentioned, but the exp you get resets every five minutes. I always bring a bottle of water in and take a 1/60 sip at the start and then every five minutes. You can max metabolism in like, 140 raids

Check out airwing Marine, he just did a vid about this. The airfilter works but is bugged. Everyone was testing the unit with the filter in and then out and getting no change so assumed it was broken. He got his base stats right before the unit was constructed and discovered that the second you build it its working with or without power or a filter installed. Its broke but in a good way.

Your Math isnt correct. When you reach 50% Lvl Speed it doesnt stay there. It will decline further until you hit 1% Leveling Speed.

I'm not sure what you mean by patched but if you're referring to the endurance trick it actually doesn't work the way explained in the video. It's purely based on the distance you run and the percentages get calculated as your run. So just go into raids underweight and you will naturally increase your endurance this way. It also means that using stims won't help you get more xp. It'll only help you get the xp faster in the raid itself but unless you intentionally travel farther it's not going to help you (and even then it won't give you much)
