The Mijia G1 is a good budget Vacuum-Mop Robot, but the compromises taken by Xiaomi were considerable. Not only it lacks sensors, which makes the map it produces while working a mere gimmick, but also the quality of the MOSFETs on its board isn't very good. Frequently, its P-Channel AO3407A which power the main brush and its motors will burn-on, meaning they will work until the battery is exhausted and basically render the robot unusable.
One simple workaround is to simply purchase a new board if this happens. However, many of the boards sold over the web already suffer from this issue, so not only this is relatively expensive but purchasing a new board might not give any benefit and even if it will, you may find out that now the bot speaks Chinese. Some would regard as a positive thing, but then again, you may not understand it. A second and better option is to purchase some AO3407A's over the web. Try to make sure you are purchasing genuine ones. Link provided. What, you don't have an SMD workstation? All right, link to that also supplied and also some fine solder for SMDs. Trust me, it will be cheaper than purchasing a new board plus, it will repay itself very quickly.
Once you replace the burnt FETs, you will get your bot back, working like new, until next time they burn out. But you already have an SMD workstation and plenty of spare FETs, so by that stage, you already know what to do.
Well, sure, there might be myriad of other issues. No guarantee is given this will work for you. But hey, it worked for me. So, enjoy this clip.

But I find it still workable, even easier for beginners, due to the high flux content. If you want to insist on smaller diameter you can find it also on Ali, eBay or Amazon without any problems.
