The input shaft bearing going bad is a known issue in the 2011+ Scion TC. It usually ends up being replaced by a dealer, but the bearing design itself is a problem. This greased bearing shouldn't have been used in a transmission with oil surrounding it.
Here is a method to convert the bearing to an oiled one so that it lasts as long as the rest of the bearings. Ill also be removing the EB60 from my engine swapped Mr2 Spyder without dropping the entire drivetrain or even disconnecting the tight coolant hoses.
