Story of hot rodding...quick fix takes all day! Love that you daily drive the RPU! Us viewers can only dream! Great work figuring out the door/body issue! Go RAC Garage, keep moving forward and stay "minty"!

Accidentally skipped ahead about 10 minutes to the part right before you put the brackets in the brake and I thought "why is he making throwing stars from Batman The Dark Knight?" Awesome troubleshooting on the door fitment, that was so cool to see the inner door gently swing open when you lifted the rear quarter.

Shims!!! Something I didn’t know about when hanging my 32 PU doors and only stumbled on it while moving the body around.

Great work as always - those inner doors fit so good for not having the body to go from - nice - nice - nice !

Decent rubber isolators will help prevent the brackets cracking, also not having the motor solid mounted would help.. I would suggest you need to check that all your cylinders are firing. Sounds like a bag of spanners to me.

Travis , that sure will be a great occasion to make all the important panels using that 3 window as a buck for future panel templates

1) working on your vehicles isn't making you money. 2) you say it's your daily driver you're not worried about fitment. Wrong. Your customers see it and it's a piece of your work. Make it as nice as you can. Enjoy

It's pretty "amazing" how difficult it is to get the grill shell, hood, and cowl margins to be correct/good. I found a shim under the cowl foot to be the "magic answer". ;o)

The radiator needs to be mounted on rubber. It cannot be solid mounted 😮

That rad repair will be fine, just add a couple of tablespoons of English mustard powder or maybe crack an egg into the rad, it will seal. Never let me down.

What ?! A working temporary repair that didn't lapse into a permanent repair. Who are you people, lol.
