Nice job. When you backfill plastic pipe you should always backfill with sand first to stop stones from pressure puncturing the pipe. Thanks for the video.

The leaks are from aluminum roofing it grow and shrinks so much....Try using a roof sealer called Diecor it is made for RVs and never really hardens stays very flexible and soft for many many years.

I really like how your smaller farmers help each other out. Great sense of community. Happy Fourth by the way. A lot of those leaks are from stones in the ground pressing on the pipe. Might be a good idea to encase the pipe in sand before backfilling. Thanks Eric, see ya next time.

There's always something to do on a farm, fixing things is just what a farmer does. We do a lot of our own plumbing for our cattle waterer. My son and I have fixed broken lines to and stuck valves and broken floats and so on, just what has to get done. Liked the video, thanks for sharing, have a great week.

Eric if you modify the route or show me the action wether it be a turn or reverse and turn I would encourage you to alter that action so it don’t get stuck there. Mine used to do that same thing. Since your keeping the sensing wheel free it’s not that. But sometimes material gets built up above the sensing wheel and below the metal shroud

This black flying object is not a bumble bee, it is a true bee ( Apidae), it is called Wood Bee (Xylocopa), and they need old, dry wood to breed. It a apears to be black, but in the bright sunlight you can see, that it is a dark blue.

Please start using PexA piping. Dig up all that Yardley pipe. You will chase leaks every day. It splits. On a side note, you can use cell/foam core pvc as a chase. If you get a leak, just snatch out the Pex and fish in a new line. Upfront cost is a little high, but damn is it easy to maintain. 3/4 pex is around .70 per l.f.

I’m not trying to tell you what to do. But you should always dig parallel with the line you are uncovering. You can dig down and it is less likely to rip the line out of you are digging parallel with the line. You can also once you find it. Dig to the side and dig it Deeper and shovel the dirt to the low spot. From over the line. It makes it a lot easier. I uncover live DOT gas Transmition line all the time.
