What kind of caulk do you use for TPO applications? I do commercial roofing and we run into a ton of TPO but nothing I’ve used ever sticks.

Should have been water cutoff mastic, not regular caulking. And you should have scrapped off enough of the buildup of the old liquid adhered material to bring it at least an inch below the top edge of new TPO hat. So your waterblock should have been between the clean metal and witches hat. If that old membrane fails at the top, your witches hat will fail as well
