First time I've seen the real intimacy of the Stevie Nicks and Lindsay Buckingham relationship in full action. They may have broken up at this point, but that moment singing on stage can be seen to capture the energy they must have had daily in better times, in terms of their relationship, and that you would only see in a private moment in their home. It was really beautiful to see. In that moment, they looked like too kids in love, caring so much for each other and having fun.

Gonzalo Mejia Mick wanted Lindsey, he was looking for a guitar player, not a singer, especially not another female singer, as they already had Christine. It was Lindsey who insisted that they were a package deal, either both of them or neither of them. Fortunately the band said yes to both of them and the rest is history. It was just Fleetwood Mac’s sheer good fortune that Stevie turned out to be such a star..she took them to a whole other level.

I think that Stevie would have dropped Lindsey in a heartbeat..so, lucky for Lindsey it happened the way it did..unlucky for Lindsey that Stevie will still drop him in a heartbeat. And nobody realizes that most harmonies or leads up leads down happen While recording...and this is fantastic to see how Stevie records...she moves and her vibrato hangs out everywhere. She sings powerfully right up at the mic...pick your mics with low proximity effect. And you also hear how much is lost in the recording because we get to hear it almost acapella. :)
