I’ve always been fascinated with boat shows, in particular my home show, the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show aka FLIBS. I love going every year and seeing the latest technology manufacturers have to offer. Ever since I joined the marine industry my perception of boat shows changed dramatically, however. It’s one thing to be a spectator, but it’s a whole different ball game to be an exhibitor.
We created this video to show you what it takes to be an exhibitor at FLIBS, largest boat show in the world. We documented the ten-day moving process along with the show itself to give you a behind-the-scenes look at all the planning, logistics, and teamwork required to stage more than 60 boats and a whole lot of marine toys and personal crafts.
I’ll be happy to answer any questions in the comments below.
