Another excellent Video Flitetest! I see in your other Quad and FPV videos that you have challenges getting a smooth vibration free full HD video, especially on the CMOS sensor equipped GoPro. It would be great if you can do a special on shooting vibration free videos, like techniques on balancing the propellers, balancing the motor bells and home made camera mounts with good vibration absorbing materials. Love your show and especially the latest ones on multirotors!

I love this show and will build one for fun. You are talking real quick, so quick I can not follow anything you say and have to rewind over and over. I don't know if it's only me having this 'problem'. You talk to people all over the world. Maybe it's possible to slow down a little bit on these build video's. Don't get me wrong, like the shows very much.

I have built a quad to the same specs but I cant get the esc's to calibrate. I have plush 30's, and i86 board. I am also using a Turnigy 9XR and this transmitter/ receiver combo FrSky DF 2.4Ghz Combo Pack for JR w/ Module & RX I would appreciate some help with this. Maybe a video showing how to set it up. Thanks I have a vid in my channel too showing what its doing. All of the motors are spinning at different rates.

I fly Red bricks (30A) in my quad, they are flashed with FastPWM firmware and only one turned into flames :D ... after swapping to new one all is flying perfect ;) RB's are not that bad, they are cheep and with that you can buy one or two for spares :) BUT what You need to know, under the red shrink tube there is a HK SS 25-30A ESC the one without HW in the part number ;P (or maybe I just got them like this? ;P)

I've followed R/C since the 60's thinking I should try it, but the motorcycles and hot cars were my money sink-holes so just never got around to it. A couple of months ago I just happened on your videos which inspired me to buy a few inexpensive copters, (5 micros then two Double Horse 9053s), and try it and I'm hooked. Now, this H-Quad seems like my next step. Still very much a beginner but thanks to you guys I'm totally immersed in R/C and your videos & site are an incredible resource.

I'm not very good with english...I said so because the first plane I built was the nutball long ago but even if I converted with googlem It was too little and it didn't fly!! =( I'm watching your videos like since the fifth!! I learned to balance props and airplanes, stay 2 mistakes high and a lot of things from your show!! keep up with the super good work!! =)

HELP ANYONE!!! I'm using redbrick 30 amps and they are a pain in the rear! My h quad is very bouncy and cant even take off without flipping over. My kk board is fine its just that esc's dont seem to be working right. they are all calibrated together but they still spool up and spool down on their own terms... any suggestions???

i should, in all fairness, mention that on the most part H/K has excellent electronics at the most reasonable prices and I have had very little problem with any of their electronic products..until I purchased the Red Brick esc's. It could be that it was just one bad batch but the outcome was still negative.

Pesonally i have never had a Red Brick yet that hasn't failed i have tried the 70amp and 50amp and both not only failed but never worked at all. I have a 10amp as well but I'm not even going to use it at all. One of my flying buds also ordered two 50amp Red Brick esc and neither one worked at all. attempts to have them replaced by H/K have proven to be dissappointing

You know what else would be good with the spacer? Not making it a solid strip and only putting spacers in between the frame rails and the bottom plate where there's a bolt, allowing those open spaces in between to act as extra ventilation.

Just a suggestion? For below 120$ maybe less you can create an 300 quad with the RotorBits parts from HK. Using the cheap DST motors and the cheap Flycolor ESC's. You will need 4 t-connectors, 4 motor mounts, 2 carbon tube 300mm, 2 aluminum tube pre drilled 300mm, some mounting plates and screws. All parts you will find in the RotorBits section at Hobbyking. Except the Flycolor ESC's, they can be found under Multirotors/ speed controllers. Weight for the frame below 230g.
