Dear Madam Greetings of the day! I want to know about applicability of building bye laws in Delhi and NCR for small plots 125 square yards? I saw many plots and residential buildings in delhi and ncr constructed covering full area i.e; no set backs. Etc. Is it legal to do construction in small plots on full area of the plot in delhi and ncr? Thanks!

Madam, mai floor 1st per rheti hu lakin weha koi maintenance like septic tank kee sefai, common passage kee sefai, misc work nehi kerwata muje behut suffer kerna perd rha hai, please suggest

Mam It is true ki south delhi me builders 5th floor tak construct kr rhe h or labelling aise krte h parking+ UG + 1+2 +3+4 but technically to wo 5th floor hi hota h and all most sb me yehi h.. so kya 5th floor purchase krna legal hai? Agr purchase kr lia to kya kre? Aap expert ho.. pls isko research kr k btaiye🙏🙏

Hello Advocate madam Im in new ashok nagar delhi And this is not mcd approved flats/buildings Here 15 meter height is allowed with 4 floors But builder is selling the floors as ground floor , upper ground floor,first floor, 2nd , 3rd, then 4th Is that the correct way he sells the floors? In this way he build 5 floors total and at the place of 1st floor he sold to people as upper ground floor . Is that legal or illegal? Please help to know Thank you

They are doing this yo sell their property and execute sale deeds at SRO fvrg their purchasers but off course construction can be booked anytime under demolition list or may be sealed for illegal construction

Mam ....m bhi ek flat le raha tha ....Dwarka Mor, uttam nagar m, maine builder ko kuch advance de bhi diya h....But kuch time bad pata chalta h wo property booked by MCD and ye chij hmne builder ko batayi....Usne bola hm apka loan krwa k denge, registry krwa k denge, MCD se NOC bhi dilwa denge. To in future koi issue to nhi aayega ??

Generally whosoever constructs the building gets the site plan sanctioned from concerned municipal authorities and the subsequent purchasers must take the copy of said plan in case of floors and original if whole property purchased from previous owners. You can also get the same verified from municipal authorities through your property id.

I am going to buy q flat on 4tb floor without lift 154 square feet area. Property in is Haryana Surya vihar sec 91. He said it comes in Town and country planning. He said at the time of Registry there will be written entire floor with roof rights. He said rooms kitchen are not mentioned in registry ??? Please advise me what to do before buying the flat
