Pandemic is absolutely striking in that colour combination. Every time I see this stitched i'm tempted to get it. Your progress is impressive on all your big things.

So glad you saved pandemic. In the autumn piece I would do at least the first row of zig zag stitching to square the project a bit. Glad you enjoyed your visit with your kiddo. I’m a veteran and my son is serving so you are welcome it was my honor to serve for you and your family. Happy stitching.

Glad that things will work out for Pandemic! I would pick your favorite line and stitch just that under the rest on your Autumn piece. Just so it would feel like it has a base to sit on. Always good seeing you! So glad I got to meet you at Stitch West! When your video popped up I was stitching on my Halloween Afghan and thought it was the perfect time to watch you. 😘😘

It’s always terrifying when scissors meet fabric. I cut down fabric for two pieces yesterday - so nerve-wracking!! I’m v happy it worked out for you. 🎉❤

Love the video. I am so glad your fabric worked out on your pattern. I would choose just one line under the basket so the basket stands out. I always love to see what you have done since last time.

Really enjoyed our visit this morning Hallie as i was drinking my coffee and seeing all your beautiful wips you worked on. You always amaze me with your numbers 😊and so Thankful that your Long Dog still fits on your fabric...so i agree, Thank you Jesus!! I some how missed seeing your photos of your visit with son...but isnt it amazing how a mothers Hug can feel the difference in weight?? And it feels so Very good to get that Hug 😊. Im looking forward to seeing lits more of Cookie Fairy and you are so very close to a finish. You will have several finshes in 2024 🎉. Speaking of 2024....where did 2023 go?? I blinked or something because its almost over, lol. Have a great week and hope you get alot of enjoyable stitching time. Isnt the cooler weather nice...if only the rain would leave. Big Hugs, JoDee P.s. on your new Thanskgiving pillow chart i think it would look pretty with just 1 line of stitching underneath the pineapple basket..whichever you choose,in whichever color you like. Im aure however you stitch it,that it will look Amazing.

I would just do the top brown zig zag line and call it done on the small autumn piece

Scary moments always when we cut our fabric. I am played fabric chicken with a piece tha will work by the numbers, but has a really tight margin on qll 4 sides.

I'm relieved your Pandemic wasn't a total loss. I think mine might be. When I have more patience and time, I will pull mine back out and see. I would be tempted to add in the lines, but I would change the colors if I did. If I didn't feel like changing colors, I would leave them off. I don't love yellow, especially near brown. I think it reminds me of my childhood (not that it was bad). It's hard to believe there's that much backstitch on your Castles, but alas there it all is. Looks amazing though!!

Another inspiring floss tube! You showed the owlforest Christmas ornaments, and I had to get them too! Do you have any idea where I can find the red and green threads from them?

Hi Hallie! I have a quick, silly question. (And I’m sure you’ve answered this in the past, but my memory is non-existent!). How do you (easily) track the number of witches for your smaller projects? I’m a bit of a numbers geek, and love how you track things for yourself. I know about PK for the full coverage pieces, but the smaller ones (I think) would make me crazy! (And, you’re a very, very BAD influence. Or, I suppose, a fantastic enabler… 🤔 I won’t even tell you how many HAED charts I’ve purchased since meeting you at stitch-con! Just don’t ask how many I’ve started! 😚). Enjoy the rest of the weekend!!

I just count them in small sections as I stitch and use the Tally app on my phone to keep track for the day. Happy to be an enabler!!
