refercen area must be half of perieter. You have taken 0.785 m is't it wrong

No. Reference area is the area you use to calculate the lift and drag. It can be frontal area or planform area depending on which one you choose to characterise the model. For example, frontal area is normally used for road vehicle aerodynamics, platform area for wing. In this case, cross section area is used.
