sir will you make video on flowing of cryogenic fluid through pipe...i am facing so much difficulties becoz crygenic fluid is at very low temperatue(80K) and pipe is at ambient temperature(300K).

problem is, flowing of liquid nitrogen through 20inch diameter and 100 metre long pipe (entry pressure is 10 bar), i want know how the flow patern will be and what will be effect on pipe (steel pipe covered with vacuum jacket to reduce heat loss to environment)

if you want to capture a detailed temperature profile, it is better to do two sets of simulations, one for the developing part and one for the fully developed part. Since the worse case for the pipe will be the entrance section where the liquid is cooler it is better to focus on that part. In FLUENT, you need to consider your pipe (with pipe wall) and conjugate heat transfer to find the temperature distribution inside the pipe wall. Then feed this temperature to ANSYS mechanical to see the stresses caused by temperature. You will need material data for the pipe to get accurate stress analysis in the mechanical.
