・Bread flour : 250g

・Beaten egg : 26g
・Water(40°C) : 140cc
[Bowl B]
・Salt : 3g (1/2 tsp)
・Unsalted butter : 40g
◆Cinnamon sugar
・Unsalted butter : 10g
・Sugar : 30g
・Cinnamon powder : 3g
◆For finishing
・Beaten egg, as needed
・Sliced almonds, as needed
✴︎Rising time
First time : About 25 min (40℃) / Second time : About 20 min (40℃)
*Time is only a guide, so please adjust it according to how the dough puffs up
*Preheat the oven just before the end of the second fermentation.
✴︎Baking time
Bake at 200°C for 20 min
