You roll up the dough with jam inside and cut up the pieces to make these beautiful homemade stuffed buns. We love these amazing swirls on these milk buns and they are reminiscent of cinnamon rolls, shape wise. And the texture of these buns from scratch is superb, very airy, soft, fluffy and pillowy, with a pleasant scent of the yeast dough. You can enjoy them for dessert and as a quick snack.

Ingredients:
Dough:
1 cup (250 ml) warm milk
50 g / 0.11 lbs sugar
7 g / 0.015 lbs active dry yeast
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla sugar
1 whole egg and 1 egg white
3 1/3 cups (500-520 g) all-purpose flour
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Glazing:
Mix 1 yolk with 1 tbsp of milk
Filling:
Jam
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20-25 minutes. Note that baking time may vary depending on the oven being used.
