i have this error when i try to intialize at 6:30 in video (Current data has not been saved, including solution data and any report files, animation files, etc. Do you want to discard the data and proceed with initialization?) ......... can you help me what to do ?

Go to workbench window do the follow right click on setup-clear generated data - and reset.. Same way do for solution and result

If you have setup at your lab keep fixed rate of flow then measure the velocity and pressure at section (1) and section (2) apply bernoullis equation you can get the parameter experimentally and do check the same with numerical simulation
