I'm a very happy owner of the Fluid Running System. Though I'm still too heavy to pound it on the pavement, I'm working my way there week by week. Each weekend, I add a 10K workout (55min!) to my usual daily exercise regime seeing great improvement. Even just the one long workout each Saturday (on top of everything else) makes a huge difference. Thank you Fluid Running!
