Thanks for the tech tips Jeff I don't even have my RC Truck yet but by the time I do I can make it Tight n Right clean and mean !!! Still set on your recommendation of the DTT 7 V2 I haven't even found any brap videos of one with the 38cc billet engine.

Kinda off topic you still have that gorgeous KX500? Looks like you must have gotten it brandnew it's too clean to be used! Did u do any professional racing back in the day? I'm a huge 2 stroke fan it's my other hobby building and restoring vintage Dirtbikes!

Hey James no man I wish I still had my kX . I did buy it brand new. I rode that bike more than any motorcycle Ive owned! It was my favorite! It had brute force torque like no other two stroke and the deepest tone ever as it would only tach 6000 rpms lol. 72 horsepower of pure fun. You could leave in third gear and trail ride all day!

Hey guy good instruct but to must say which channel for your servos, Chan 1 steer-Chan 2 throttle, But good instruct.

That should not need to be said with RC cars that is common sense its always channel 1 steer throttle 2

Hi mate I have a problem with my fly sky gt3b or the ESC when throttle the esc just blinks red is it the esc or the controller or is it the throttle trim or endpoints the ece is ftx 60amp brushed also the car stairs but doesn't throttle

A kill switch cuts the engine off automatically or manually by a button in the controller. It protects your investment and others around you in the event of a runaway.

I was just thinking "Drum roll" for running an engine in, if I wanted to not exceed say 50 percent I could set the epa to 50 on throttle and be 100 percent sure its not over revving ? Cool stuff

Yes you sure could that brother. The more money you spend on your radio the better signal and response you will get from it also longevity and reliability will be a factor as well. I highly recommend Futaba radio systems as they have never let me down

Yes they do a thin layer of your favorite grease will just fine! I will go over that soon in PJs transmission build.

If you have the kill plugged into channel three youll simply need to activate channel three in the remote

Yea wish I held on to it, I see some being sold used might pick one up again was a pretty quick truck! It’s being called vintage now lol but yes I remember the engine pretty much was no maintance after breaking in

Channel three is for the kill switch or if you dont want to use the kill switch you can use it for lights

🤣🤣🤣 yup I dont use them! Futaba ALL the way! However not everyone can afford Futaba but even their cheapest radio blows flysky out the water. Both Chineseium but Futaba is the Apple of trasnmitters and electronics

The endpoints?? You have to observe it an make sure you are not overdriving the servo and the part you are driving with the servo!
