nice fly.. i have been using the ribbon and getting better at trimming it to fit, will try some of these flys... also on pheasent tail nymphs, i found that using ' ice dub peacock dubbing ' makes a great body.. and i have takin a fly( regular pheasent tail nymph, and one built with the ice dub ) under water looking at it.. the ice dub looks better,, i have been under water and have noticed that some nymphs, carry little air bubbles with them, and the ice dub seams to replicate the nymph better... thanks for you videos. looking forward to more...

I'm so very curious on why you and many others tie in 8/0 thread, why don't you use 6/0 thread instead???
@Makflies

It all depend on the Pattern, 6/0 is fine you can tie with, but I use 6/0 for Larger Pattern like Lures etc :))
