Hi Ernst, thanks for the video. I am trying to decide on the kite size. Should I go for a 8m and a 5m combo or a 6m do it all. My weight is 64 Kg and average wind range is 8 - 18 kn. I wouldn't go kiting in over 25 kn, better wait for a better day. So what is your weight and experience with the 6m peak? Have you tried other sizes? BTW currently I own a 6m North Solid08, it is an old model open cell kite from 2008 I can snowkite fine from 12 to 20 kn, but I would like something better in low wind. As I read, the single skins perform better in low wind.

Hi Vlad, my guess is the 5m will be good for you from 10 to close to 18 kn. I am 80kg and use the 6m for that range (most used). The 8m will probably go from 8 to 14kn. Peaks have a smaller wind range than other kites but are so nice to fly and so safe for the mountain. If you just want to get one, start with the 5m. I also have size 3 and 4, and also think about getting an 8 for next winter.

@@ernst5807 I meant the previous model. I already watched, you really prove the efficiency of the b-safe system :)

@@vladionescu8445 yes I used to have peak4 before. It is pretty much the same, maybe peak5 has a little bit more top end due to the battons at the trailing edge, but not much.
