Mobility and stability are the foundation for movement and many of our exercises are directed at improving one or the other. In many situations, it may not be as simple as it seems since there are situations when a limited movement pattern may look like a mobility problem but it could be an underlying stability issue.
This is the importance of applying a systematic approach to screens and assessments. Using the results to logically think through the best solution and then using feedback from the tests to confirm the proper outcome.
During this KZitem session, Lee and Gray will discuss this in more detail using examples in order to practically apply these concepts.
