I ordered this mid-size model of the FMS Ranger series from Banggood's U.S. warehouse on December 19th, and it arrived right on time in the morning of the Christmas Eve, on December 24th. When I was placing the order, it was on sale for $125.90, and with the shipping and insurance it cost me $130.11. It was quite a bargain in my opinion, considering that it came with regular landing gear as well as a float set. Also, it is in PNP (plug-and-play) format, needing only a battery, receiver and transmitter to get it to flying condition. It also has a Reflex stabilization system, although I am not a big fan of stabilization in these types of relatively large and stable airplanes.
If this airplane proves to be anywhere near as good as its little sibling (FMS Ranger 850mm), it will be a fantastic flyer:

The receiver I put in this plane is a 4-channel Corona (CR4D 2.4GHz DSSS) receiver, which I bound to my RadioMaster TX16S OpenTX transmitter. Here is the video demonstrating how to bind them:

In this episode, I am showing its maiden flight, which is cut very short due to a failure during flight, and I am forced to perform a deadstick landing. Will the middle-sibling Ranger survive this crash landing? Well, you have to watch to find out. :)
