Why do you have them elevate their heels on the squat test? And why do you have them lunge on the board? I always thought you keep your feet apart like you are on a railroad track.

You need to elevate heels if your ankle mobility isn't good enough to make a squat with feet on the ground. And if your shoulder mobility isn't good, put away stick and make a squat with your hands in front of you. The lunge is performed on fms board because with fms you are testing mobility and stability. If you are not stable enough, then you should perform with feet separated.

If my house was larger I’d buy exercise equipment and then not use it.
