You should be staggering the joints. Also not sure if you realized it or not but the insulation has "This side down" printed on it and you put it right side up. There is a reason for the wording.

They also have instructions for asphalt shingles where to drive the nails on the package specifically, and it appears as though many roofers don’t read that.

Do you glue it to the plywood/concrete as well? Do you tape it? Do you need to put plywood over it or can you just put the metal roof on top?

yea definitely need to stagger the insulation, and their is usually a heavy roller someone should be rolling the ISO down with. although the glue cans do work too, but it's alot more moves.

Mechanically fastened is a better system. Adhesives break down over time.

you need to stagger your joints in both directions. you should also be using ballast to hold the iso down until the olybond fully cures.

I was wondering the same thing. With a little freeze frame of the video and a Google search, found this - OlyBond500 Insulation Adhesive is a fast-acting, two-component, low-rise polyurethane foam adhesive designed to secure insulation to roof decks
