Aapko kuchh factors ka dhyan rakhna hoga. Foam bladder tank ek aise device hota hai jo fire-fighting systems mein foam (retardant) store karta hai aur usee spray karta hai jab fire ho. Yahan kuchh points hai jo aapko madad kar sakti hain: 1. Tank Capacity: Bladder tank ki capacity ka pata hona chahiye, yani ki kitne litres ya gallons foam store kar sakta hai. 2. Foam Concentrate: Aapke paas kaunsa foam concentrate hai, yani ki kis prakar ka foam aap use kar rahe hain, yeh jaan lena important hai. 3. Mixing Ratio: Har foam concentrate ke liye mixing ratio hota hai, jisse foam aur water ko mix karke foam solution banaya jata hai. Is ratio se aap calculate kar sakte hain ki kitne litres foam concentrate aur kitne litres water ko mix karke kitna foam solution banega. 4. Minimum Fill Percentage: Aksar foam bladder tanks mein ek minimum fill percentage hota hai, yani tank ko kam se kam kitna bhara jana chahiye, taaki sahi tarike se foam discharge ho sake. Aapke tank ke manufacturer ki guidelines ko follow karna important hai. 5. System Design: Agar aapko fire-fighting system ke design mein bhi samajhna hoga. Yeh include karta hai ki kitna area ya volume ko cover karna hai aur kitne foam concentrate ki zaroorat hai. 6. Pressure and Flow Rate: Foam bladder tanks pressure aur flow rate se bhi connected hote hain. Aapke system ki flow rate aur required pressure ko bhi consider karna hoga. Aapko manufacturer ki guidelines aur local fire safety regulations ka bhi dhyan rakhna chahiye. Is tarah ke installations ko normally trained professionals ya authorized personnel hi handle karte hain, taki fire safety standards ka palan kiya ja sake.

Pressure-reducing orifice plates are not used in automatic sprinkler systems because it is an old method, complicated calculation of orifice, and also results are mostly improper. NFPA recommended to use of PRV.

NFPA-16 is Standard of foam deluge system, there is written that 5.8.1 Piping, valves, pipe fittings, and hangers, including corrosion protection coatings, shall be in accordance with NFPA 13.
