Ingredients
Bread Dough / Focaccia:
500g all-purpose flour (approx. 3.1/2 cups)
1/2 teaspoon of salt (5g)
400ml of water
1 tablespoon of sugar (15g)
1 teaspoon of dry yeast (5g or 15g of fresh yeast)
2 tablespoons of olive oil (30ml) + 1 spoon for drizzling (15ml)
Bread Topping / Focaccia:
4 minced garlic cloves
salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons of olive oil
grated cheese to taste
Mold/baking pan dimensions: 33 × 22 × 5cm
Oven preheated to 180°C for approximately 35 to 40 minutes.
