Keep watching Tom Bilyeu. Next, turn your thoughts into dust regarding the judgement someone else ( or yourself) has passed on you and perhaps has influenced you negatively. Know YOU have permission to recreate that "judgement" in your mind into a compassive positive growing experience. Your mind needs to be directed and redirected at all times. Your mind is NOT YOU. Renew your mind by transcending every petty thought by daily breathing exercises/ meditation, exercise and/ or journaling. It works! Prayer works too. Don't close your mind to prayer if you haven't practice it. Tom Bilyeu THANK YOU for touching so many lives! You come up at our family dinner chats so often. 😊

Realize there's nothing constructive or fulfilling about putting too much emphasis on what people think we should or shouldn't be doing according to their own biases. Trust yourself, your own values, and focus on what brings you long-term happiness and contentment instead of meaningless approval and validation from others.

5:55 How my parents lived. They didn't talk bad about anything or anyone. They seemed to have this joyous state on their face with whatever they were doing. There was no TV, no music, no talking about the past. And they never connected or engaged with me in any way. This allowed me to hold on to a baby's mentality. It would be over 40 years, before I would learn what success and failure meant. What is right and what is wrong. What is bad and what is good. When I looked back through my life. I saw massive failures and massive successes. Because, I was always in a joyful state. I was able to take that knowledge from both and grow. At age 23, I went to work for Dominos Pizza as an mit, manager in training. This is what the drivers would tell me. You are not going to make it. You are going to fail. What they didn't know was that I grew up without words. So their words meant nothing. This allowed me to focus on my work. Focus-attention and interest Two months later, a CEO, vice president of operations, my supervisor and his supervisor payed me a visit. A month later I'm opening the first of a new design store in Milpitas Ca. Within two months I have jumped over 43 company employees made up of mits and assistant managers. Within three months of open store. The sales have passed 15 of the area stores. When you read what I wrote or hearing a conversation. Each word activates neuro-clusters all over your brain. Red, parts of your brain activted resulting in your brain making chemicals. We talk about moods. Imagine, always being in the right mood so that it fits the situation. Thus, creating progress. Our attitude is always the same ready to take in anything. RAW-Ready And Willing. Why has Tony Robbins been so successful at helping people? Patterns. How different are one families patterns from another? Each family's likes and dislikes are the same, with very little differences. Over all they are very much alike. These patterns are all around us. So, how do you break the mold and step out of the box? Stop being like billions of people who can't seem to live a life filled with purpose?

Due to how I was raised, I got to live two lives, completely opposite of each other. One life didn't give a f... about anything, anyone, I did as I wanted, and I was highly successful at everything I did. Ive had corporate Ceos, supervisors...etc watch me work and while I worked I could turn off the world going on around me. Think of a monk, who was born in a monastery, raised in a monastery and at age 19 sent out into the world. "without any knowledge of what is out there" Each day was a new day. Yesterday didn't happen, what did happen is that my brain held on to data that's useful and rid that which is not. Each day I woke up to an impulse, not coffee, not food, not anything except what I was going to go do. "impulses and thoughts ruled my life and they brought me a great deal of success" There is another way to live not related to the f word. I lived by The Four Laws in Nature. Because my parents not once tried to touch me show me affection and love me. They never talked to me about anything. While my siblings attended public school. My schooling took place in nature. The first 13 years of my life went without tv, hearing stories from books, no toys, no attention from any member in the family. At age 14, I would learn to say the ABCs, colors, shapes, how to count to ten, the names of the things around me. You see at age 14, I had the mentality of an 18 months old child. Those years living like a feral child allowed me to develop into a state that Deepak Chopra talks about, The Metahuman, only without emotions. Emotions, we should rarely be moved by an emotion. When an emotion does happen, we shouldn't be aware of it. That is, it shouldn't control us. From an impulse or thought intention is created, there are no words, from these you should see a vision. Which is the end result of the intention. It is from an impulse or thought that generates the vision. It is the end result that comes in seconds, it is then that dopamine kicks in. What happens when impulses and thoughts run your life? You spend 90% of your time in total silence. You are not aware of your actions. You are not aware of what's happening around you or the world. At age 47, I stopped, sit down and for the first time in my life. I went back into my past. What I discovered was this, I held over forty jobs, mostly in management and the attention and recognition I got working from household name corporations was crazy. All that attention couldn't touch me. Where ever I worked people watched me work and I was unaware of it, until, I stopped what I was doing or finished it and turned to see all eyes are one me. You see Tom. You, and every guess you have had are missing it. The reason has to do with this, What is the norm? What got passed on to you and your siblings from your parents, was also passed on from their parents to them and so on. Well into my 40s, I woke up in an enlightened state. Always at peace with everything, everyone-even people who did really mean things to me. *Now at age 32 after five years of attending church. For the first time in my life I started to connect with myself. That's what religion does to you. I asked a question. Who am I? That question started a change in me. Over the next 18 years I would slowly transition to become like those around me, like you, like billions around the world. That is, waking up to a life I designed around likes and dislikes towards people, places and things. By the time I hit 50, the enlighten state is gone, the peace in me gone. I have started doing what everyone does, chase after sensations, chase after something to experience joy and happiness. By age 50, I am caught up in what people think of me. How do I do I look? How's my hair, my clothes, shoes...etc I was 80 pounds over weight, I had insomnia, gout, high blood pressure, migraines, ED, anger issues. I was no longer that person who gave a 100% to everything. "Most of my impulses and thoughts serve no purpose" Taoism, I have lost my way. At age 50, I recalled a question. Sent to me from a doctor in India. Are you a monk? So, at age 50, I had enough of this #chasingsensations, being a #sensationchaser and went to work on finding the answer to that question. 2010, the next six years would be used to search the web for studies, research, on the brain and body. I spent four of those years taking long evening walks with my dog, Vica. I spent that time on my past, mostly looking deep into the first 13 years of my life. By 2015, I figured out who I am. Once I started living as I did as a child. The weight started coming off, the migraines are gone, gout gone, insomnia gone, my libido goes through the roof. Here I am at 62, I feel great, physically doing things like I did as a kid. So, what have I learned about these two types of life's? One doesn't give a f... what anyone thinks. The other does. One brings consistency, when it comes to being successful, the other does not. One allows you to live in a neutrality state-theflow, the other one does not, one is highly creative and the other one is not, one will keep you in a peaceful state under dire conditions, the other does not. I went through 54 years of my life without that want or need for money and material things. 2010, my wife and I was driving along a river road looking at these million dollar homes, cars and she said. This is sad. I didn't understand , she explained it to me. I understood what she was saying. So, I created a cognitive base therapy. Four years later while engaged in a part of the therapy. It happened, let me tell you that when it happened, I nearly passed out from the excitement, my heart was beating super fast, I was breathing fast, I was getting lightheaded. Tom, we humans hold abilities that go far beyond what we can comprehend. The first life I lived is the state which we are suppose to be living in. Throughout my life I have done amazing things. Without taking great risks I would have never achieved great things. Throughout my life I didn't know and connect with success and failure. When someone such as a owner or upper management got in my face. The calm peaceful state allowed me to listen, take in what was said, collect the data and get back to what I was doing as though what just took place didn't happen. When I discovered the answer to the doctors question. And when I started living again through the four laws and the results I got. I decided to test them on people, some were patients. I treated over a 1000 people. I had a lady from India come in to see me. After about 30 minutes. She said. What you have is one that works for every condition. I told her yes. You see the problem with people is that they fail to understand how to use what God gave them. I got lost in this like and dislike behavior and grew sick, mentally and physically, just as billions on Earth are doing. The Four Laws in Nature A newborn comes into this world in this state and the child will stay there until, the child learns to behave like the people around them. Think about this, conception, a cell splits, 32to 36 months later, that cell has learned to sit, crawl, stand, walk, run, learn a language and do all sorts of things. A child knows things, yet they do not understand them,-things they have learned from the people around them. The Laws 1. Accept everything, everyone, and every situation with an open mind. Do not pass judgement. 2. Take a genuine interest in everyone, everything and every situation. 3. Let it go. Once a situation has come to an end, let it go like it didn't happen. 4. Move On! Once you let go of what just took place. You move in to what's coming next. And the laws are repeated once again.

During the 1st portion of this when I was watching about the feeling brain, the image that came to my head was from Inside Out when the core memory got changed from a happy one (yellow) to a sad one (blue). This changed the lens in which Riley viewed this memory that she had always perceived as a "Happy" memory. (And then interestingly enough moving forward, the memories could be could be a blend of feelings as her complex emotions changed) But the idea that came to mind when Mark was talking about peeling back the layers of what we think of ourselves, that we could look at memories or ideas of ourselves that don't serve us and view them through a new lens, basically creating a new feeling about a situation that doesn't serve us.

I love this, I used to be more of a risk taker. And because of bad outcomes of being risky I became “strict” and I noticed it still wasn’t me… so I’m learning to juggle the two, learn how to have fun without being strict. And being so self aware that I’m not wreck less. I was driving a Tesla (my dream car) and I didn’t have fun because I was restricting myself to have fun because of my past car accidents, I was strict on awareness. It made me sad lol It’s crazy how the brain re wires itself.

Age 15, I'm coming back from having lunch at home. As I walked on to the school grounds. I heard someone yell, they yelled again and walked up to me and kicks me between the legs. He slowly backs a way, when I failed to show any pain. I went back to what I was doing. And went on like it never happened. Over the next couple of months. We became friends, he asked me if I would like to spend a night. The next morning I had French toast for the first time and he stopped being a bully. We have to learn to accept without passing judgement on a situation. Learn to let it go. Learn to move on to whatever is coming next. Why is this so important? Because it let's people know who you are. They know you as someone who gets things done through action, not through the use of words. "you walk the talk" When you do talk people take you serious, they know who you are and know you as someone who holds your ground through thick and thin to the end. You are not a quitter? Back in the 1800s, in one school room building. On one side of the blackboard are words on a board that reads, short version. Don't half-ass do something, and finish what you start. Practice at home. Find things to do that you have put off. Plan it out, get started and keep your mind on what it is doing. Avoid letting it wander off. There are four circuits in the human brain I want to talk about. 1. Adventure, the reason for having curiosity is to go in an adventure. When you live fully in the present. You are able to let go of the past, allowing you to live in a pleasant state in the present. As a result of this state, the moment you receive an impulse or thought, your brain starts making dopamine. 2. With every journey there is going to be difficulty, risk, failure, even injury. This circuit pulls you back from a fall, it's resilience. 3. This circuit has to do with active meditation. By not letting your mind wander off, your brain is in a state like that of monk meditating. The world and people around you disappear. The world, people and you have become as one acting body focused on achieving one thing. 4. This circuit has to do with giving. Generosity, the giving of whatever you have to offer. Like being of service. If you have a job. Look at it as being of service to the business. These are the circuits that guided you in the beginning of your life. Are the people you know living through these circuits?

10:07 We must learn to let go. When we let go, neurons created from a past experience will die, resulting in that experience dying. How often do people keep bringing up a past experience you had? You forget about, let it go, then someone brings it up. These people need to be avoided, if you are to move in with your life. Listen we live in a created, creative Universe, World, every things humans have done is a creation. Every situation is a creation. Which means you hold the ability to change any situation you take on. I haven't watched enough on anger yet. Anger is created, developed through observation of others behaviors, you see it on TV, at the movies, in real life. It's the same with fear. How many of your behaviors are natural and how many are learned while growing up?

8:33 It takes three or four days to connect two neurons brought about by a new experience. When I offered my services to help people, patients with mental conditions I would tell them that it could take up to a year to dismantle neurological clusters. But, some do it in four to six months, depends on how much time an effort into what I will reach you. With everything you do. You have to start asking yourself this question. Ask is this helping me to get what I want in life? How is this negative conversation about someone helping me to be successful? Stop looking inward and start looking outward at everything, everyone and every situation and ask that question. How is this helping me? Now, what do you want? Once you clean up your life, you will have also cleaned up your mind. As a result of this, your new thoughts and impulses will only bring you intentions. This is circuit #1. You are in charge of your life. You decide and control every thing you do. Sure someone tells you to do it. But, ultimately you are the one at the controls. "You are your own boss" Learn how to live right so as you can get to live through these four circuits. There was a close friend who knew about my life, my work. One day she said. God is blessing you or things always works out for you. This would be the first time to hear the word God. What I hear today. God is blessing you. The Universe is helping you. It's the laws of attraction. What I know is this. We have all the right abilities to travel to place in the world. Find any job or start any business and be highly successful at it. I did it. And guess what? Neuroscientists and new technology backs up the why and how I was highly successful at whatever I did. And you and I are the same.

A good book read, the age of aging. My analogy on aging. It's a double edge sword. Meaning, it's rather premature that I present this. Life is a two wick candle stick. One wick burns to the present. The other wick burns to the past. You cannot escape the present, therefore, the present wick will always burn. How often you visit your past and how much does it effect you. Will determine how long and how strong the wick burns. How long will it be before the two ends meet? What must you do to slow down aging? Let go of the past, live a long life!

We live by so many beliefs and practices for example, take religion, God. At age 27, I would hear the word God for the first time. I would join a church. When I look at the first 30 years of my life and the things I did without God in it. Brings me to this point. Why would God give us all these amazing powerful mental and physical abilities, if we have to pray to ask for help? A baby comes into this world and does amazing things within the first two years of life, without an connections with God. Now, I believe God or someone created all this and us. But I firmly believe he gave us these abilities to be used alone here on Earth to allow us to grow on our on. How can a child grow and develop in all the right ways, if a parent is always stepping in to help their child? We are The Lost Specie, great title for a book. Getting sidetracked, a book I've had in mind for a couple of decades. How to identify an alien that is living in a human body. For example, stubbing the big toe, reaching into your pocket and your thumb snags going in. Observe people and notice common issues. It's a fun book to read. A massive man lifts a massive amount of weight. He said he wasn't aware that he had lifted the weight. He talked about what he did with his mind. He went into a neutrality state which is the flow. When he opened his eyes and saw what he had done. He started bleeding from his ears, nose and eyes. Look at autism. The brain looks perfectly fine. A child hears a complicated song on a piano and is able to duplicate it. An autistic man learned how to speak the most difficult language on Earth in seven days. In one year of public schooling at the age of 14, I had to learn to read, write and learn math. I didn't know the ABCs, how to count to 10, I didn't know colors, if you had asked me to the name of what is on my head or what are attached to the end of my arms, you would have had to put to my arms and to what is on my head. I lived in a silent state, all I did was absorb what I saw and heard and I didn't think on it, take it in and let it go like it never happened. My education started in the 6th grade. By 7th grade I had learned what I missed through grades 1 thru 5th grade on top of what I had to do in 6th grade. By 10th grade the fun was gone, just like a child reaching 5th grade. Tom if we were to spend a week together. You would change your direction and would want to have a child. You would discover the child in you. You see once the peacefulness returns to you. So does joy. When anything going on inside you remains there 24/365 you will not be aware of it happing inside you. I can't recall his name. He came to your house and was laying in the floor or doing something which was passive and you didn't want to do it. Had you been like a child. You have done so without being asked. "you should have had an impulse F... It, I'm doing it. Or, living in a calm, peaceful state, would have to along with it. "you see, it's very important, a must that you live in a Christ-like state" When we live right, the laws of attraction works for you, the Universe opens doors for you or you can use this one, God is blessing me. Chose one. At age 48, I joined a global think tank. For the first time in my life. I am communicating with people. I even attend Toastmaster meetings. What I discovered was that I knew words that got results. Words I didn't know, failure, success, confidence, self-esteem, fear, sad, anger...etc. The words I knew got results that worked or they didn't, but they were always related to a purpose with intent. Our brain functions poorly when it is in an agitative state. Which means, someone told you something and it brothered you greatly, so for the next few hrs, days or longer, your brain remained in an agitated state making it difficult to process data. How often were you brothered by someone or something?Had you been able to accept what happened and let it go-3rd law in nature is letting go. You would have excelled in school and everything you did. It's time we let go of beliefs and practices that have been around for centuries. All you have to do is just look at the state the world is in. You see when the modern day human appeared on Earth. They were naturally living through The Four Laws in Nature. And they excelled. They lived as a young child would live. But somewhere along the way. They lost it. All it took was for someone to see that it is easier to take than to make, look at what Putin is doing. And it hasn't changed, we are The Lost Specie.

It's 1975, for the first time. I am watching TV, one of the series I watched was Kung Fu with David Carradine. Looking back I can see what pulled me to watch it. I was connecting with his behavior. Always calm, always in a pleasant. It has taken me 12 years to find myself. What got me started on finding myself, who I am. A doctor in India had been reading my post back in 2008 or 09. He emailed me, Are you a monk?

Law of nature #3 Letting go. It's the same as saying, F... It! On aging. Think of a two wick candle stick. When the candle stick is gone, your life has come to an end. One wick burns in the presence. The other wick burns in the past. Once both wicks have come one, it will mean the end of your life. What I teach is how to live fully in the present. The modem day man was not a gather of supplies. He was a gather of data. It is from that data that he was able to use to advance. The first humans lived fully in the present and lived for 100s of years.

20:00 Who are we? Through my 40s, my brain has been scanned several times. What do I hear? You have a normal looking brain like any other brain. Ok, so explain to me this. The candle stick analogy. About 15 years back, a thought hits me. Take a sample of blood. Analyze the dna and have an image of a person. 2017, towards the end of a conversation with my older brother, who never lift our hometown. He asked me. Guess who retired? I don't know. He tells me. These words come out, I did not receive an impulse or thought to say it. He will die in two years. He died 18 months later of cancer. 2007, after traveling around the US for a couple of months. I went out to Hanks golf course, Fresno CA. While visiting with the clubhouse manager, Dave. These words just came out. If you have money invested in the stock market, sell and hold on to your money. The stock market is going to crash. 2001, since 1998, I have received nightmares of commercial airliners crashing at different locations, one, a military air base. After 9/11 the dream stop. 2000, I just created the lunch box radio. I've also partnered up with a computer engineer, a computer scientist to build a credit card system. One day Alan, the man who debugged the satellite that gave us our gps. He says, we need to meet. He tells me, you need to create a new product to keep 5000 employees employed. I close my mind, go into a 15 second pause. Then I hold up my spiral notebook, point to the cover, I see a screen, in the future doctors will use it to read patient charts and people will use it to read books. Then this popped up, How about a gun grip that identifies the owner. 1998, after a couple of months managing for the 2nd oldest Wendy franchise and I notice a situation that isn't good. This franchise is 42 years old. I see Anthony filtering the frying oil and the drive through is passing by him within inches. Not once did I think about finding a better way to filter the oil. I observed the situation in silence, took in the data. Now my brain goes to work on it. The next afternoon I have forgotten all about it. As I walked into the back of the store from outside to start my shift. My hand reaches up, takes a pan, walks to the front, still haven't any clue as to what I'm going to say. I call Anthony over to the fryer and the words just came out. That night while closing out he front register I look over at Anthony and he has a big grin on his face. This is the kind of stuff that gt me recognized by many corporations. Take Sun Maid raisin plant in Kingsburg, Ca. supervisors are watching me, age 24, on every piece of machinery. Why? Because Im showing them how to properly use the machine, increasing production. 1997, while watching a fire consume a forest, a vision appeared, I could see inside it. It was a massive fire fighting airship. I designed it, sent the design to four forestry research centers. 1974, I wake up from a bad dream. My ride picks me up for school. When I got in the car. I said to Wayne. You need to tell Joey to be careful, something bad is going to happen to him. Within a month Joey was accidentally shot in the chest and died. 1971, one evening as I was going to my room to go to bed. As I walked into my room. I saw five elderly people standing in my room, smiling at me. There were three men and two women. This has been going on my entire life. Look back through history and we see things that show a high level of advancement. For example, during 8th grade I started deigning skyscrapers I could see inside the building's walls. 1975, I had the idea for two part commercials. Throughout the first 18 years of my marriage. My wife would point out to me in stores, and in TV, what I had created years earlier. You are no different from me. I have visited with psychologists with who found me to be like anyone else. So, why aren't there billions on Earth having experiences like me?

I don’t believe it’s about you. It is about right and wrong. Yes, believe in yourself, only focus on positive. But not giving a f about things is a sin. If you use others and their opinions to make yourself happy, there is something wrong. And it’s not those around you. I am a bereaved parent, and recently a widow. If I can find a reason to continue and am happy, and still giving a f. Then others should have no problem. Someone makes lots of money off of dumb things.

The Kyiv Nazi regime, realizing the hopelessness of the situation, before fleeing, decided to arrange a bloody terror for dissident citizens and politicians who advocate peace. Zelensky and Avakov, obsessed with persecution mania, compiled a hit list of people suspected of treason, espionage and other actions in favor of Russia. On March 3, on the direct orders of Zelensky, 50 people from this list were killed. One of these victims was a participant in the first stage of negotiations between Russia and Ukraine Denis Kireev. In Kyiv, near the street. Bolshaya Zhitomirskaya, 15, his car was blocked by soldiers of the Alpha special unit of the SBU. Kireev's guards were laid on the ground, and he himself was transferred to the car of the 5th Directorate of the SBU. The special services executed Kireev with a shot in the neck and threw the body into the street. The reason for the murder was his peacekeeping position, which he actively held during the first day of negotiations. The next symbolic victim could be the deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Shufrich, who is also credited with speaking for peace in Ukraine so that sons and fathers return home. But the worst thing happened on February 28 in Mariupol. Representatives of the Azov battalion shot 150 residents of the city with relatives in Russia without trial or investigation. What is this, if not fascism on a global scale? And why is the West so carefully hiding it from the world media?
