another absolutely cracking video there guys!, always following your videos because they feature some great technical info, tips and techniques!. ive got a st225 which ive rebuilt the engine completely, but im now looking to gain more from it, i had the turbo refurbished whilst the engine was at the machine shop, but after seeing these two recent videos im wanting todo the full rs conversion and have it mapped!. im an ex Technician, i tend todo the odd jobs here and there now on my drive, but left the trade due to health issues :( , but i gained the st towards the end of me coming out of the trade. now im looking forward to going further with it :) , im also considering looking to specialise in the ford perfomance part, will totally look forward to seeing more videos from you guys! hopefully i can purchase some of your products too! :)

@@BDPerformanceWrexham oh absolutely, even more so in these uncertain new times we are now living!, Thank you matey, the ill health struck me off but still learning to cope with my chronic illness/disability. Thankyou I'm deffo still amongst it! That's a good question if I'm honest 🤔 Maybe an uprated oil cooler setup? On how it's routed etc? Like I've seen the oil catch can setup, Or like something madly modded 🤔. Your welcome! Sorry about the massive comments though lol.

I enjoy watching all the videos there very educational for someone like my self as my knowledge of cars is very basic , and I really enjoyed watching the RS conversation as it’s my car and really looking forward to getting it on track , Thanks Team BD another fantastic job well done 👍

With the pipe that would go into the back of the standard pre facelift crossover with the grey valve thing, can that get blanked off if you have an rs vac pipe/ crossover

Hate to think of the cost but really want to know how much a full RS conversation would cost? £5k or not even close?

ST Yusuf including the Forging you would need more than £5k. However everything can be done in stages! Baby steps; if this is what you want then plan a route 😊

so you don't connect the injektors to pump oil in the turbo i got a small syringe with oil to do it bevor i think

Marvin Roth you can oil the turbo, stop the turbo spinning while cranking and disconnect the return... all different options. We showed one way of doing this to ensure good oil pressure. There are so many different thoughts - we always recommend following the suppliers guidelines. Hope that this helps, TeamBD
