@@Drberg Thanks a lot for lot of education on vitamins but PLEASE PLEASE MAKE A VIDEO if blood test can be trusted to decide if body is deficient in these vitamins / minerals. Because I heard that blood test (even for the vitamins & minerals which can be tested from blood) is not a right way to find the deficiency because body tries to maintain the levels of vitamins and minerals in blood by compromising other functions hence blood tests are not accurate measurement of deficiencies. this is is complex enough for us to request your expert opinion on this. Iceberg lettuce was stressed to my son when he was diagnosed with Hodgkin Lymphoma stage 4. Iceberg lettuce is loaded with folate. The Docs told my son to stuff himself with salads, and get the lettuce in every day, every meal. We did that and he’s still here, killin it! That’s not all, but it contributed to it.
