Este son es tradicional del occidente del El Salvador; específicamente del la region de los Izalcos en el departamento de Sonsonate.
Este son se baila con el traje autóctono de la region de Izalco el cual consiste de un refajo, blusa, y un chal. El hombre usa su traje de cotón
Este traje es uno de los más indígenas de El Salvador cual es patrimonio de los pueblos Náhuat
This “son” is traditional from the western part of El Salvador; specifically from the region of the Izalcos in the department of Sonsonate. The dance is done with the outfit of Izalco which consists of a “refajo”, colored blouse, and a shawl. The men use their outfit of cotón. This is one of the most traditional indigenous outfits found in El Salvador belonging to the Náhuat people.
