I had my transplant in a very reputable Portuguese clinic, with a lot of marketing but 100% dedication from the doctors to the clients is completely nil. I had my transplant 9 months ago and I'm clearly much better than I was before the surgery, but after the 7th month I started to notice a lot of hair loss and hair loss in some areas of my head. I contacted them and it was very difficult to get help from a doctor. When I was seen by a doctor (in a very rough way) she told me that it was normal to have a fall. I found it very strange considering that I do Mesotherapy and Radiotherapy with them. Meanwhile, the appearance of the hair has improved a little. I've been putting on a Capillary Lotion (inno-derma hair lotion with minoxidil like complex) for two weeks and I feel a sharp fall, but according to what they say on the internet it's natural to have a fall at the beginning of a hair treatment. Has anyone gone through this? Thank you very much for your content, you have helped me more than the doctors and clinic where I had my transplant.

Follicle placement, direction of growth, density and harvesting were amazingly well done. He told me that he went to Budapest in Hungary. The clinic, Hair Palace, did the FUE2 procedure and guaranteed results with follow-ups included in the price. He paid roughly £3000 all in.

@letsgethair

As somebody advised, wait 24h. before using TF after stamping. Otherwise systemic absorption will be higher than you want it to be. The problem is, that 0.025% TF systemic penetration ability through the scalp has only been studied on scalps that were not derma stamped before. Small % will go systemic but it will likely be 2-3 times less compared to Finasteride oral 1mg.

As someone who has ADHD/brain fog and low test along with a congested liver I don't think it's a good idea for me to take fin even at 1mg every other day because I will likely have sides. So without fin what can I do to help maintain my hair following a hair transplant?
@irishmuscle7352
Жыл бұрын
Fin actually increases Test it doesn’t lower it. The hard truth is that if your hairloss isn’t stabilised either through old age or by using medication(fin & min) then your native hair will continue to fall out and all you’ll be left with is the transplanted hair which will look even worse. There are things like Pyrilutamide that could be as effective or better than fin but it is not FDA approved yet and could take many more years. It is available on the grey market but you don’t really know what you’re getting as it’s coming from China. If you’re paranoid about systemic absorption of fin then a lose dose topical is your best bet, Matt has a video on it here. You have to stabilise your hairloss or it’s pointless having a HT.
@deanslife1
Жыл бұрын
@@irishmuscle7352 the possible sides that can come with it are a worry though and if I have sides from taking 1mg every other day what can I do? Take half every other day and if that doesn't work discontinue taking it? But if I do that then it's not wise to have an HT? As natural things such as taking biotin and applying essential oils to the scalp aren't going to stop it or saw Palmetto?
@irishmuscle7352
Жыл бұрын
@@deanslife1 Its up to yourself to make the decision at the end of the day bro. I’ve been on fin for almost 10 years and have zero sides, just my experience . The worst thing you can do is listen to anecdotes from people in online forums because you have no idea if they are genuine or they are just hypochondriacs who read a label and freak out. Everything has “possible” side effects but it doesn’t mean they are common. Every drug company has to list these on their medications even if only 1% of subjects in their trials experienced them. Even otc drugs like aspirin kill a very small number of people every year but that doesn’t mean it’s going to kill the vast majority of people who use it or stop people from taking it. I’m not saying that some people don’t experience sides on fin, it does happen, but it’s a very low number and you can always just quit if you feel like it. Like I said a low dose topical version of Finasteride has far less of systemic effect on the body so you should try that instead of oral fin, if you do make the choice to use fin that is, I’m not telling you to, just telling you some facts. Unfortunately saw palmetto is just a super weak dht inhibitor so its not enough to stabilise your hair loss or get regrowth, and biotin doesn’t do anything to stop hairloss. If all it took was some biotin and saw palmetto then nobody would be using fin.
@deanslife1
Жыл бұрын
@@irishmuscle7352 thanks, yeah, another thing is I would prefer to take oral as I don't like putting stuff on my head which will likely make it greasy and I don't want to have to wash my hair every day or every other day, I currently wash it every three days. So I would take oral at 1mg every other day. I know it's anecdotal as you say, it's just when I already have Brain fog, I worry it'll make me even worse and then it I stop taking it orally, would you recommend taking it topically or reducing it to 0.5mg every other day orally ? And if neither of those options stopped the side effects, I would have to stop using fin and then the HT wouldn't be so effective and is a HT recommended if sensitive to fin?

He's not a doctor, more like a consultant. Anyways, I disagree with a dude above regarding side effects. I'd just choose oral minoxidil instead of solution in a dosage that does not anyhow affect heart rate, such as 2.5mg. And dutasteride vs finastertide as the latter is less potent. Being 41 years old is very young to follow the advice not to start taking dut/fin due to their mechanism of action (they prevent DHT from occuring in your body, which acts is neuroprotective as well). Consult endocrinologist and get blood tests done before getting medication. But if you're an average person, you'll most probably be fine with them without any side effects and gonna recover your hair more or less
