As I already mentioned in my video for the mixed ANOVA itself • Mixed ANOVA in SPSS - ... ), the main effects in the mixed ANOVA output are only to be interpreted when you have cannot observe an interaction of your between-subject and within-subject factor.
You will basically do pairwise comparisons within each of your significant main effect, ignoring the other main effect:
A) two-sample t-tests for your between-subject effect, ignoring the within-subject effect completely.
B) paired t-tests for your within-subject effect, ignoring the between-subject effect completetly.
